This is a lovely modern air-conditioned apartment sleeping up to 4 people with wifi and excellent quality British Tv, including Sky Sports provided via cable rather than internet. The views from the large patio over the golf course are splendid. There is a shared pool close by making the apartment ideal for families, golfers or a combination of both. It also makes a perfect holiday, winter or summer if you are just looking for a quiet break in well equipped and maintained modern accommodation. The apartment is situated on the renowned Vale da Pinta Golf course which along with its sister course, Gramacho, forms the Pestana Golf Development. There are plenty of facilities on site including a supermarket, restaurant and cafes in the two clubhouses, tennis courts, bowling green, children's play area and a further swimming pool. The apartment is close to Carvoeiro and Ferragudo villages which both have several excellent restaurants. Two large supermarkets are within easy reach. There are plenty of beautiful local beaches close by and Slide and Splash Water Park is less than 5 minutes away.

Coast/Beach:

The villa is situated within easy access of many of the beautiful Algarvian beaches. A favourite is ‘Caneiros’ a delightful sheltered cove approx 5 mins by car. It is possible to walk to Caneiros along the cliffs which give stunning views of the coastline, however it is long walk and should be rewarded by a lunch at the outstanding seafood restaurant on the beach! There are plenty of other beaches also within a similar short drive, including coves and long open stretches of sand.

Travel:

The nearest airport is Faro which is approx 60km from the villa. Car hire is recommended and the owners can provide details of competitive companies.

Distances:

The apartment is less than 10 mins by car from the centre of Carvoeiro with its numerous restaurants. Lagoa and Ferragudo are also less than 5 mins by car. The old Moorish town of Silves is approx 15 mins by car. Splash and Slide is less than 2 mins from the villa by car. Other water parks and Zoo Marine are also within easy driving distance.

Further Details:

The Pinta and Gramacho clubhouses provide meals and snacks throughout the day. Gramacho also has a restaurant open later in the evening. There are other restaurants close to the villa. The nearest supermarket is at the Gramacho site, which is within walking distance. There are two larger supermarkets within a 5 min drive.

Booking Notes:
A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the balance should be made 8 weeks before departure. A refundable damage deposit of £150 is also required. Payment can be made electronically. The owners will provide further information when a booking is made.

Changeover Day:
Saturday is the preferred changeover day but it is possible to be flexible particularly in the quieter months. Arrival is from 2pm and departure is before 10am (in certain circumstances it may be possible to be more flexible, but please discuss).

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Central heating is also available on request at additional cost.
Minimum stay is 3 nights, at peak times 7 nights.

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment has a gas fire for the colder months and the airconditioning units may also be used as heaters. It is situated on the ground floor with a large terrace at the front overlooking the golf course and a lawn to the rear. The shared pool is extremely close to the apartment so ideal for families with older children and adults, but also far enough away to provide peace of mind for families with young children. Outside: The large private front terrace, with its beautiful views over the golf course, has sun loungers, dining table and chairs and a built in brick barbecue. At the rear of the property there is a small private lawn. The property is surrounded by well developed gardens providing additional privacy for the individual apartments, also providing extra security for families with small children. The shared pool is a short walking distance from the apartment and also has plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen is provided. The apartment is cleaned once per week with a further mid-stay clean and sheet change for guests staying 2 weeks. Beach towels are provided.
