Outside: Found within popular residential area San Juan de Capistrano with the impressive communal pool only 300 yards from the apartment. Within the complex you will find 2 pool bar/cafes that are both open fully during the pool opening hours. In addition beneath the pool you will find another 4 restaurant / bars for your enjoyment that remain open into the small hours. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment will be prepared to the highest level of cleanliness prior to arrival, towels and bedlinen provided and all changed on a weekly basis. Additional cleaning can be arranged and paid locally.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short break in Nerja. The views from the balcony are amazing. The apartment is well fitted out with everything you would need for a relaxing break, including TV channels to enjoy in many languages! Apartment is within easy reach of the beach and town centre. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Amazing Terrace, home from home

Everything you could want in an apartment. All entertainment, like DVDs, games, cd,s, books etc

Kitchen had spices, kitchen roll, tinfoil etc

Lots of towels, for Bathroom and loungers.

Shame supermarket on site not open, but that not owners fault.

20 min downhill walk to start of town, lots of local bars, restaurants and made to feel very welcome.

Casa Fads all the way for your stay in Nerja

2nd year in a row I have had the pleasure of staying in David and Fiona's apartment in Nerja. It's situated right at the top of the town, which allows you to sit in their lovely balcony and enjoy the stunning views with a lovely glass of red wine

The short walk to the pool in the morning certainly gets you fit for the day, and the pool area is a great way to spend the day and chill

Short bus ride to the town at night lets you sample all the fabulous restaurant and tapas in the town

Great time again and can't wait to go back next year. Thanks again for the use of you apartment. 5 start all the way.

Lovely and large

Another great holiday with ideal base

Had a brilliant time in Casa Fads where we found everything we wanted . It proved to be an ideal base for our active holiday in Nerja and surrounding area - walking , golfing , driving to Alhambra as well as relaxing at the amazing pool up at the complex .

The apartment was very well equipped and we were made very welcome with great instructions and guides prior to our holiday

Nothing had been overlooked in making Casa Fad home from home. It was within easy access of the pool and shop and had superb views from the terrace which was a lovely size.

Why David & Fiona Flavell chose Nerja

Nerja was special to Fiona as her grandparents moved to the area in the mid 80s and after many visits we decided to fulfill a long term dream to buy a holiday apartment in the sun. The town has developed over the years but you will still find the traditional streets to wander and many tapas trails to take advantage.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is centrally situated with all main facilities within easy reach, including beaches, bars and restaurants.

Nerja provides year round sunshine and allows you to escape the cold/wet of the UK.

If golf or other activities are important to you , then Nerja provides the ideal getaway with a good choice of options at reasonable prices.

The apartment is ideally situated to allow you to visit a number of beaches approx 2km. The beaches provide a number of facilities for all your enjoyment including scuba diving, water sports and pedalos for hire. The main beach is the Burriana that has numerous cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops for your enjoyment.


The majority of arrivals is via Malaga airport 40 mins by car or Granada airport 90 mins.


Local places of interest include the famous Nerja caves(approx 3 km), Maro(2km)and Frigiliani(5km). In addition Torremolinos(40mins) where you will find the fantastic waterpark as well as visiting the wonderful beaches of Benalmadena and fuengirola(45mins).

With initial booking a 25% deposit is required with the balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.Payment can be made by cheque or direct transfer to bank account in sterling or euros.In addition you can now pay securely by credit card via the owners direct website

Changeover Day:
Holiday dates are very flexible and any request will be considered. We ask that you vacate the apartment on the day of departure by 10.00am and on day of arrival you can have access to the apartment from 16.00 onwards.

Prices have been listed on a weekly basis although other timescales can be made available on request. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any special requests.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.
