Completed in May 2009, this luxury apartment is on the fabulously situated Royal Seacrest development. On the first floor (lift access) with a large double balcony and views of the lagoon pools, jacuzzis and landscaped gardens. This spacious apartment features a private roof garden complete with sun loungers, chairs, tables and large BBQ. Royal Seacrest has been finished to the highest standard and is in one of the best locations in Paphos, close to amenities yet set in a private development with barrier access. Within easy walking distance of the harbour, market, Tombs of the Kings (less than 5 mins) and less than 200m to the nearest bars and restaurants. Just 800m away is the Blue flag Faros beach with the Elysium and Kefalos beach hotels (both popular for weddings). There is a 5* ESPA spa and 5* PADI dive school in Elysium Hotel opposite. Water fun park, Go-Karting, Bowling alley are all near. Coral Bay beach is a short bus ride away with the bus stop just opposite the complex.

Hi! We're Tom and Suilina and we live in Glasgow with our toddler son Aiden. We love coming to Cyprus for holidays as the weather is great all year round and there's something for everyone. We take great pride in ensuring our apartment is maintained to the highest standard and caters to your every need, from the fully fitted kitchen, to the satellite TV and private roof terrace, it really does cater to all your needs. We also have a professional property management company who are on call 24/7 should any issues arise. We love staying in the apartment and complex which suited us before we had Aiden, and now that he's running around causing havoc!

Well laid out apartment
Lovely apartment very clean and spacious with added bonus of the roof terrace home from home. The apartment is in a nice quiet area but within walking distance of beach, restaurants etc.had such a good time we have booked to go again next year
Lovely home from home
This was our 3rd stay at this apartment and we've booked again for next year. It's a real home from home with everything needed for a great holiday. It's the little luxuries like a safe drinking tap and a washing machine which make it so convenient. The balcony is big and overlooks the lovely pool. The apartment is a 5 minute stroll to Tomb of the Kings Road which has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, there are also bus stops where you can get a bus to Coral Bay or The Harbour. Sui and Tom , the owners are very helpful with any queries. We love staying in Paphos and would reccomend this apartment for a lovely comfortable stay
As previous comments the apartment was great very spacious clean, comfortable, everthing we needed real home from home. The complex was lovely with the added benefit of the roof terrace. Great location everything within walking distance. There is also a lovely walk along the shore that takes you round to the Harbour. If you like shopping there is a great new mall Kings Avenue. We will certainly stay here again next time in Paphos.

We have just spent 2 weeks in this very comfortable apartment, which had everything we needed to make our holiday enjoyable. We liked the area which was within easy reach of the beach, bars, restaurants and bus route, so we didn't need to bother with car hire. We were also impressed with the 'meet and greet' arrangements. If we decide to holiday in the Paphos area again, we will have no hesitation in contacting to the owners with a view to renting this apartment again.

“We bought this apartment for several reasons. The location is prime, its a 2 minute walk out to Tomb of the Kings road where there are numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the beach is only 5 minutes away. Its also only 15 minutues from the airport and the coastal walk to the harbour is stunning and only takes 20 minutes.”
Activity and Interests
Kato Paphos is only 12km (20 mins) from the airport. Local Taxis are available at the airport or we can arrange a driver to meet you in the airport.
Contact us for referral on car hire (although car is not necessary, all amenities are close by).
It is also possible to fly into Larnaca (90 minutes to drive to Paphos).
The resort has an excellent regular bus service. Limassol Ferry is located 55km away.
The well located apartment is a short walk (less than 5 mins) from the well known Tomb of the Kings road at the World Heritage Tomb of the Kings archaeological site. The old town and market is a 15 minute walk and the harbour can be reached via a wide paved coastal path in around 20 minutes. Paphos is a World Heritage site with many historical and cultural places of interest.
Paphos, found in the western part of the island, is a charming town and is famous for its many archaeological sites and picturesque fishing harbour and castle.
Paphos is an all-year-round holiday resort with around 340 days of sunshine per year. The climate is characterised by long dry summers, mild winters, and short autumn and spring seasons.
Summer stretches from mid May to mid October and brings high temperatures, cloudless skies and cooling breezes from the sea. It's the ideal season for swimming, sunbathing and a whole range of watersports from sailing to scuba diving. At this time of year, explore the archaeological sites early in the morning or late afternoon, avoiding the hottest part of the day. Even in the height of summer when it's 30° on the beach, temperatures are refreshingly cooler in the Troodos, making the mountains ideal for hiking or simply relaxing.
Towards the end of October, evenings tend to get cooler, but even mid-November can feel like summer. It is still possible to enjoy swimming at this time of year, as the sea is still fairly warm.
December and January are the winter months, bringing the possibility of rain, but still an average of six hours of bright sunshine a day. This is the time of year when smaller Mediterranean destinations shut down for the season, but not Paphos. The town has many important heritage sites and museums, all less crowded in winter.
Although Cyprus is best known for its beaches and sunny weather, skiing can be enjoyed from January to March in the Troodos Mountains. During March you can experience all four seasons in one day; skiing in the Troodos in the morning, admiring the countryside in blossom during the one hour drive up the mountain and swimming in the sea during the afternoon.
