Why Sarah & Tim chose Marbella area

Close to the buzz and nightlife of Puerto Banus and within a short drive of Marbella. Close enough to the beach and sea to walk and plenty of excellent restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance.

Very large secure garden with a lovely pool, excellent property for small parties and BBQ's, all sports close by, overlooks Las Brisas golf course.

Notes on accommodation: The property has 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs all rooms en-suite. The kitchen is well equipped and has its own table and chairs. The lounge also has a dining table and chairs. Sliding doors open out onto the garden with beautiful views. The patio is ideal for BBQ, dining al fresco, with privacy from other villas. Outside: Shared pool situated in a very large, picturesque, well maintained garden, the patio has a BBQ area with outdoor furniture including sun loungers. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided and change offered every week. Additional cleaning and maid service is available upon request. Other: The patio has barbeque, additional dining table and sun loungers. Two sets of adequate golf clubs are available if needed.
