Bungalow in Sewerby, Bridlington, Yorkshire, England - Tranquil Village Location Less than 1 Minute into Sewerby Park.

Welcome to Park View. The property is all on 1 floor with gas fired central heating and double glazing. The property features a kitchen, lounge/diner, 2 bedrooms and bathroom and features seating areas to the front and rear of the property. Tranquil location only 5 minutes outside of the ever so popular seaside town of Bridlington opposite Sewerby Park. Village pub called the Ship Inn, the Old Forge tea rooms and Sewerby Grange restaurant all only a couple of minutes walk away. Bridlington North beach is only a 15 minute stroll away. Parking is on the road outside - which is the old bus terminus.

I am a beautician, nail technician, mental health first-aider and Active in Age fitness instructor. Having lived in Sewerby since 1998, I wanted my love of this area to be shared with families from around the country, if not the world. Therefore I am proud to present Park View, so that thousands more can stay and enjoy the village of Sewerby.

The house was for my mum until she became ill. We decided to let the house out so that people could come and enjoy the beautiful village and it's surroundings.

What makes this bungalow unique

We have tried to include everything in the house that a holiday-maker would want. After staying at various properties around the country we hope we have not left anything out...

A Little Gem!

Fabulous property in a fabulous location!

Only a few minutes walk to the cliff tops where the views are amazing, Five minutes by car into the town or a 10 minute walk down the cliff tops.

Sewerby Park is opposite the bungalow so every evening we enjoyed a stroll through the park with our dog Holly.

Diane and Craig made us really welcome and the bungalow had everything you could need including books and DVDs .

We will definitely be going back,

Home From Home

Stayed here with my 2 children for 7 nights. The bungalow is in a lovely spot directly over the road from Sewerby Park.

We were surprised at the amount the owner threw in with there being, Tea, Coffee - instant and ground, milk, salt, pepper, vinegar, washing up liquid, as well as a nice bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates.

I had mentioned that we were coming as it was my sons birthday and there was even a card and a little present for him.

Can not recommend enough.

Great bungalow for peaceful break

The bungalowvwas perfect. My father who has mobility problems found it easy to move around. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great and the owners could not have been more helpful or friendly. Would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone.

Booking Notes:

We do not accept all male or all females parties. Please note that only the amount of guests shown on the booking form, will be allowed to stay at Park View. We reserve the right to cancel any booking at anytime.

Changeover Day:
Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is before 9:30am. This allows us to prepare the cottage for in-coming guests.

You may collect the key from us after 10:30am. Please advise us the day before.

A Key Safe may be used for check-in for late arrivals

Notes on prices:
Please contact us for mini breaks of 2, 3, 4 or 5 nights - Prices from £60.00 per night. based on 2 sharing, Additional guests for holidays of less than 7 days are charged at £10.00 per person, per night.

Changing your booking: If you wish to change the dates of your holiday then a fee of £100 is payable at the time of the request change - providing the booking is not within 6 weeks of your arrival date and the holiday length is the same as the original booking. You may also have to pay the difference of your original week rate to the new week rate.

If the change is within 6 weeks of your arrival date then the admin fee for the change request is £200.00 and subject to the holiday length being the same as the original booking. You may also have to pay the difference of your original week rate to the new week rate.

Cancelling your booking: If you wish to cancel your booking then the following terms apply. If the request to cancel is within 6 weeks of your arrival date then the full cost of the booking is payable unless we can sell the dates for the same fee, Then we will refund the cost paid less £100 admin fee and the original £50 deposit. If the request to cancel is beyond 6 weeks then we will cancel your booking but the deposit will act as our admin fee and no further costs will be incurred.

Notes on accommodation: A small well behaved dog is accepted at a charge of £25.00 per stay. Additional pets can be accepted (up to 4) at a charge of £10 per pet, per stay. However the dog owner is responsible for any damage caused which must be made good before departure. Sorry but due to hygiene reasons dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms. WiFi is also available free of charge. Please note that once Park View is booked & confirmed, only the amount of guests shown on the booking form will be allowed to stay. Additional guests (up to the accommodation maximum of 7) can be accommodated upon payment of £10.00 per person, per night. Park View is children / toddler friendly: therefore we request that no shoes to be worn in the house, other than in the kitchen / hall - please respect this request. Smoking is only permitted in the garden. Outside: The house has garden to 3 sides with seating areas to the front and rear. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All beds are made up on arrival. There is a travel cot available - please bring your own baby blankets etc. Hand, face and bath towels are provided. But you will need to bring your own beach towels. There is also a high chair, baby bath and changing mat.
