Holiday Home in Polzeath, Cornwall - Rural Location Only One Mile From Polzeath Beach

The Cob is a beautifully converted Cornish barn set in the former farmstead of Treglines, It enjoys a delightfully rural location but is still only one mile from Polzeath Beach and two miles from Rock. Lovingly converted with two double bedrooms, one bathroom and a sitting room with kitchen, it is perfect for a family of up to five or for two couples. Well behaved dogs are welcome. (garden is not enclosed)

Notes on accommodation: Well behaved dogs are welcome with the proviso that they are not left in the cottage alone. Outside: The grounds of Treglines extend to over an acre and there is shared use of the traditional walled farmstead garden. There is a trampoline within this area for use by guests (at their own risk). Garden table and chairs and barbecue are provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are not provided. Cleaning in advance of arrival.

Saturday is changeover day. Changing to Friday in July 2012. In low season can be negotiable.
