It is in the quiet traditional village of Ferreiras near Albufeira, situated directly overlooking the pool, the property benefits from 2 balconies, front and back allowing you to watch the sun rise and set. Some of the best beaches in the Algarve are a 10 minute drive away including Sao Rafeal. The property is 5 minutes walk from the center of the village with its traditional restaurants, cafes, Supermarket and fresh produce market. Centrally located with excellent road and rail links makes it ideal to explore the area for theme parks, Marina's, the Algarve shopping center and Albufeira old town. The Golf course of Salgados is just down the road and it is 15 minutes from the championship courses of Vilamoura. The property has all new modern facilities including wifi and benefits from underground parking for 2 cars. Faro Airport is a 25 minute drive.

About Nick and Lisa Lake

We live in Cardiff and have 3 children and a pet Springer Ollie. We like to holiday as a family where there is plenty for everyone to do. We have been holidaying in Portugal since we fell in love with the Algarve 10 years ago. We particularly like the friendly nature of the Portuguese people. We have extensive knowledge of the area so will be able to answer any questions you have.

Why Nick and Lisa Lake chose Albufeira

There is so much to do. Our apartment is in a traditional quiet beautiful Portuguese village called Ferreiras near Albufeira. It is minutes away from the fantastic Beaches, the local activity parks, and from Albufeira old town.

We chose this particular village, because of the high quality of the apartment and also because you have the piece and tranquility of Village life, with it's very local Cafe's and restaurants. We are only minutes away from everything else you could want from a holiday.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is very modern and spacious, the complex small, private and kept to a high standard. The quiet of the village but the closeness to the beaches and the hub of Albufeira. It really feels like you are in Portugal.

We had a wonderful week. The property was spacious and very modern and clean. The grounds and pool area were well maintained. There was so much to do we had a really fun packed break but were relay able to relax as well. Nick and Lisa were extremely helpful and made sure we were well looked after. We can't wait until next year.

Notes on accommodation: The accommodation is fully secure. It benefits from video linked intercom to the front gate with electronic access to both complex and underground parking where we have 2 spaces. All shutters are electronic and controlled either individually or centrally. Wifi is includesd This is ideal for families, it is a quiet secure modern property. Please note smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Outside: Front balcony with Rattan furniture (Sits 6 ) directly overlooking the shared pool, well kept grounds and grass area. There is a second balcony at the rear of the apartment which is great for your morning breakfast. The complex only has 16 apartments. It also benefits from Electronic gate to secure underground parking. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen provided. Property will be cleaned at the beginning and end of your stay. A mid stay maid service can be arranged. Other: 2 x balconies, 1 with rattan dining set overlooking the pool.

Booking Notes:
Booking requests can be by phone or email. A 25% deposit is required, receipt of this deposit will secure your booking. Payment excepted by Cheque or bank transfer. The remainder of your balance will be required 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. The cancellation policy is no refund of deposit, refund of balance will be made up to 6 weeks prior to travel, or if we can fill the dates with another booking.
