These apartments have beautiful terraces sea views. These Apartments offers quality and comfortable facilities, perfect for enjoying a relaxing holiday by the sea. Situated in front of Cala Ferrera beach, on the south east of Majorca, in Cala d'Or area, tourist area with a variety of services and entertainment. Ideal for families and couples. Refurbished in 2008, and the last winter 2010-11. They have all facilities:communal pool with pool for little children and community gardens, terraces and balcony with sea views, air-conditioning, internet access, satellite TV and DVD. Well-located and close to Cala D´Or center 10min walking away, tourist area with a lot of entertainments, shops and restaurants.

Mercedes Estadella and her family are the owners of these three apartments at El Pino Apartments. Mercedes has two daughters who help her to rend the apartments, mainly on the Internet. We live in Cala d'Or during all the year. Our house is very close to the apartments, only 5 minutes driving.

Our stay at these apts in Cala Ferrera was great. The appts are excellently positioned for easy access to the golden beach, only 15mtrs from the 51 step beach access, (yes we counted them, how sad is that !), and the clear waters of the bay. The bay offer safe bathing for all ages and clear vis for snorkellers. A dive centre for the more adventurous is situated in an adjacent property. Everything the resort of Cala D'or has to offer is within easy walking distance and if you want to go further afield bus stops are nearby as is the Tourist Information office. The apartment itself was well appointed and clean, having two bathrooms was a godsend for our party of 4 adults. The view from the two main balconies was glorious and we never tired of pulling the curtains in the morning to see what craft had moored in the bay overnight. Highly recommended. Fabulous apartment

Our holiday in this apartment can only be described as fantastic, what a view u get the moment u turn the key in the door and walk inside. Everything u could possibly want is included by Mercedes, a lovely lady, so helpful and nothing would be a problem for her. Just a minutes walk to the beautiful cove of cala ferrara and 10/15 mins to the endless resturaunts and shops in cala d'or. We had a really lovely and memorable holiday in 105 el pino and will def be back and would highly recomend to friends. Very suitable for 2 couples. Thanks Mercedes, Bernie, Theresa, C&J

The apartment is everything it says it is on the website. The views are fantastic, the space is generous. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped too. The pool is well maintained, with plenty of sunbeds and quiet, but not too quiet. The gardens are also well maintained. A great little community feel.

My husband loved the area of Cala Ferrara and Cala D'or - perfect for his cycling. The children (15 and 10 years of age) loved everything about it and it was only a few steps down to the beach. Wifi was brilliant for the teenager to keep in touch with her friends.

All in all, would definitely recommend to anyone AND we will definitely be returning in the future.

Mercedes was a great host, nothing too much trouble.

Special interest holidays:

Area well-known for its 'calas' with turquoise waters and white sand. Near the apartments you can easily walk to the beach of Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena, Cala Sa Nau is a few kilometers, a virgin beach. At the same area of Cala d'Or is also the nearby Parque Natural de Cala Mondragó, with its two beautiful beaches, Cala Mondragó and S'Amarador, declared in 2009 as the best beach in Europe.

The marina of Cala d'Or, is one of the most prestigious in Mallorca, ideal for a stroll along the yachts, boats and llaüts (typical Majorcan wooden boat) and enjoy your choice of restaurants and bars.

In nearby towns are beautiful coves and beaches where you can enjoy an unsurpassed beauty and variety: Portocolom and Porto Petro are two ancient fishing villages that now have an even greater charm. They can enjoy the local cuisine and also a wide range of services.


The apartments are located in a quiet residential area in front of the Cala Ferrera beach, in the same area of Cala d'Or, internationally recognized tourist area.

Cala d'Or is characterized by its Ibiza style, with white houses, which gives it a very different style from the rest of the island. Furthermore, in Cala d'Or is a great diversity of services and daytime and evening entertainment.

Booking Notes:
To confirm the booking is needed a deposit of 25% of the total amount, by bank transfer or in Credit card.. The rest can be paid by bank transfer ( 2 or 3 week before the arrival) or by cash when you arrive in the apartment, not by credit car.
-Operative tax included as Vat...but not the touristic tax: ( 1€ x night x person more of 16 years old) for more of 8 nights the tax is 0,50€ per nights and person, that you must pay when you arrive at the apartment.
The prices are for 4 people ,We can add one extra cost for 5 people in this apartment, it depending of the months, please ask to the owner. we don´t accept more of 5 people in this apartment.

Changeover Day:
We are very flexible with the arrival and departure time unless we have another booking the same day. Because of this, in case of coincidence our check in is 2pm and check out is at 11am, Saturdays we will be happy if you can leave the apartment before and arrive more late.

  • Notes on accommodation: All rooms are double with two twin beds and wardrobe. The three apartments have sofa bed and air conditioning in the living room, plasma TV with satellite or cable, DVD, Internet access, safe, complet kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, iron & board, electricity hob with 4 ring stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine), complet bath with shower and dryer, cot, outside furniture with umbrella. Linen and towels provided. Outside: The apartment complex has a communal swimming pool with sunbeds for everyone to use. It also has very beautiful gardens around the apartment. To get to the beach, you can go to two ways, one with about some steps, and the other one, down a path, you can go walking o by car. and there is also a parking around the properties. You can go walking to Cala Serena beach and Cala Esmeralda Beach.
