Our luxury apartment is located in the prestigious Queens Gardens complex in the heart of Paphos. The property is arranged around a tranquil and beautifully landscaped courtyard with gardens, lawns, fountains and cupolas and boasts a large communal swimming pool decked with sunbeds and parasols. Walking distance to all amenities, restaurants and bars, archaeological sites, picturesque Paphos harbour and nearest beach, and only 20 minutes from the airport. Tastefully furnished to a particularly high standard, the accommodation is exceptionally comfortable and spacious with air conditioning throughout. On the ground floor is a large living /dining area which extends to a private furnished patio. A marble staircase leads to the first floor bedrooms and a good family bathroom. The first bedroom is a double with a generous veranda overlooking the gardens. The second is a twin with 2 single beds and its own east facing balcony. Dedicated covered car space. Wifi accessible. Adjacent to the new Paphos Shopping Mall which houses a CinePlex, childrens play areas, shops galore, Carrefour for all basic needs and numerous eateries including Wagamma, TGI Friday, Pizza Hut, Costa Coffee, Cafe Nero.

About the Owner

We chose Paphos as 'our place in the sun' as it really is a land for all seasons and importantly for us, easily accessible from UK airports. Along with its super holiday weather, we find Paphos very well catered for tourists. It is a safe, friendly & clean environment, offering a choice of Mediterranean cuisine, clean beaches, great golf courses and excellent location for walking and cycling along the seaside. Queens Gardens is our 'home from home' and we enjoy regular holidays there.

Extremely clean and tidy on arrival, well decorated & in excellent condition. The proximity to the old town, harbour and Tombs of the Kings was excellent with supermarkets, all night bakeries, restaurants & bars all within easy walking distance. Queen's Gardens itself was a pleasurable place to relax with its lovely gardens. The generous sized swimming pool was never too crowded or noisy.

We had an absolutely fantastic week! Apartment is beautiful and in a very nice area, close to harbour & Old Town. We could find no faults with the apartment or complex and will definitely be back!

WOW!! was our first impressions, very clean and spacious exceeded our expectations.

Accomadation and location coulndnt have been any better, perfect for all amenities, all the reviews we read we exactly what they said, 10 mins walk to the harbour plenty of places to eat, big shopping mall right across the road called King Avenue. lovely pool area just a few steps from your door. secured gates to enter the apartments . Lovely bakery few mins walk out the front on main road and 24 hour shop just across the raod so you will never run out of your necessities. Lighthouse beach just a 5 min walk or you can catch a bus to beatiful beach called coral bay , buses are very frequent and not too expensive either. Pitstop a great bar if you fancy a bit of entertainment. Raffles is a fantastic place to eat a little bit more expensive to other little places you can eat but still quite reasonable and its well worth it. I went with my partner and my 2 children aged 16 and 14 and they loved it we all had a fab time and wouldnt hesitate to book again. The booking was so easy and Mr Chopra whos apartment it is was great to deal with and was quick to reply to any queries from start to finish , all the information we needed was sent through promptly when needed. Thank you Mr jack chopra for a fantastic stay.

Best holiday home we have stayed in.

Jack took over our booking as the apartment we booked was sold.This property is very well maintained and we had all the info we needed from Jack.Parking under cover just outside the door was handy and very convenient for us as we are a retired couple.There are plenty of good places to eat and drink nearby for all different tastes and soon the roadworks will be finished making this a most desirable area.I would strongly recommend this property with its swimng pool, gardens and two big outside areas.

Perfect holiday, brilliant apartment

After spending 3 weeks in this apartment I fully understand why people write such great reviews. It is a beautiful holiday home in an amazing location.

Being located right next door to the Kings Avenue Mall was great as it has Jumbo and Carrefour to cover every single shopping requirement. A 15 minute stroll sees you at the harbour area and if you go to the right there are a multitude of bars and restaurants. Olivetto is one of our favourites for an amazing meal.

The Queens Gardens is a well maintained complex and found it always to be clean. The pool also is well maintained and tidy.

Paphos is a beautiful destination and having rented this apartment it made our holiday that bit more special.

We loved our holiday that much we have already booked again for next year staying in Jack's 'place in the sun'. If you have any queries or are looking for advice Jack will help no problem, his communication throughout was exceptional.

Roll on summer 2016.

Exactly as it says on the Tin!

We had a great stay in Jacks excellent property. He was very attentive and from the outset we were sure we were going to enjoy our stay. We were not disappointed. At every step of the way Jack kept in touch and provided full instructions regarding everything in the property, where to go and what to see and everything stated in his information we concur with. Excellent property, excellent location and everything we wanted. We would thoroughly recommend Jack and his lovely maisonette .

More than we hoped for

From the first time we contacted Jack, I was impressed with his helpfulness and knowledge. Instructions were clear, from the info he sent us before the holiday through to the pass codes for the key safes.

The apartment was so much bigger than we thought the photos don't do it justice. It was so useful to have a washing machine and fully fitted kitchen. All instructions were organised and kept under the sink. The size of the patio and balcony off the main bedroom were huge. It was slightly too cold to sit out for any length of time though.

The only slight problem was the TV didn't work. We tried to retune it but still couldn't get any uk channels. We brought the radio down from upstairs and tuned it in to a Sunshine radio and listened to that. I didn't miss the TV once. Didn't use the pool but the whole complex was spotless and well looked after

I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The apartment is massive for 2 people but ideal for 4. The location was perfect. We had breakfast in Nostalgia one morning €4.90 for the works. We got a takeaway pizza from Pizza Hut in the mall. Try Thomas jungle for three course meal for €10. You can't beat it.

Just back from a very enjoyable stay, the apartment was every bit as good as we expected., everything we could need and spotlessly clean.the location is excellent with all you need within walking distance. The pool area was quiet with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Jack has been very helpful throughout the booking. We would not hesitate to recommend and hope to return again one day thank you jack

Kato Paphos Archaeological Park is within walking distance with amazing mosaics and accessible excavations.

The Aphrodite Waterpark is a guaranteed great day out for the family.


A 5 minute stroll leads to the blue flag Lighthouse Beach. Here one can join the beautiful coastal path and walk 15 minutes to the Paphos harbour to experience the abundance of lively bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, boat trips, sea sports etc. Coral Bay which boasts excellent sandy beaches is a 20 minute drive away.


The property is 20 minutes from Paphos airport and about 1 hour from Larnaca airport.

Regular buses run from just outside Queens Gardens to both the harbour and Old Town and also up along the tourist beaches of Coral Bay.

Car hire is an option rather than a necessity.
