The villa is very spacious and light, with patio doors leading from the master bedroom and dining room onto the pool deck. At the rear of the villa is a private screened pool and water feature with beautiful views over a lake and conservation land. The pool faces south and is very private and is not over looked by other villas.
The villa has four bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed, with en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the two remaining bedrooms have two twin beds. All bedrooms have TV's.
The lounge area has three sofa's, end tables with lamps and a coffee table and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, and all utensils. A washing machine and tumble dryer are in the utility room.
The garage is fitted with an electric door opener and there are golf clubs and bikes for your use. There is WIFI installed for your use.
My husband and I live in West Sussex and have two adult children and six beautiful grandchildren.

We own three villas all next door to each other in Bridgewater Crossing, which is a quiet landscaped community with many lakes and close to all attractions, restaurants and shops.
We spend a great deal of our time in Florida simply because we absolutely love everything about it, mostly waking up to sunshine every morning. We have many family holidays in the villas as there is something for everyone to do, from going to the attractions, the beach or just relaxing around the pools at the villas.

We owned a property on the east side of Kissimmee for a number of years however we preferred the Davenport location, with its close proximity to the Theme Parks, the Interstate 4, shopping malls and restaurants. Davenport is quite rural and Bridgewater Crossing is a lovely community with many lakes. We fell in love with it on our first visit and found the house of our dreams, overlooking a lake, when the houses either side of our villa became available we decided to buy them and have never regretted it.
The villas are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac so have no through traffic, they are all south facing so benefit from the sun from dawn until dusk.
The best recommendation we can have is that our guests return year after year.
The convenience of staying in one of our villas is that they are very private, they are well spaced out and we have allowed the hedging to grow to give maximum privacy from other houses. They overlook a lake and no other houses are seen from the pool decks. The lake has an abundance of wildlife and so many beautiful birds.
We have an excellent management company who are extremely helpful and always around for any questions or advice.
The community has tennis courts, basketball practice court, community swimming pool, volleyball court and BBQ area with cabana, for the use of guests.
This was my 13th visit to the state and my 5th in a rental home ,but certainly the best all round accommodation i have stayed at. An often used phase that the photos didn't do it justice couldn't be more true ,each room through out the home was splendidly decorated. The kitchen had every item required The pool area looked out onto a small lake which gave itself up to a variety of wildlife including large tortises ,cranes and an alligator as well as catching the sun from dawn till dusk.
The home in in a very pretty and quiet neighbourhood in a good proximity to parks malls and restaurants 30 minutes from airport. We could not find any thing which we believe would improve the holiday home.
The owners were very prompt in replying to any correspondence and very helpful we hope its not to long before we return.

A deposit of £100.00 per week is required with confirmation of the booking and the balance is due eight weeks prior to travel date.
Change over dates are flexible with availability. Arrival time is after 4.00pm and departure time is 10am. If new guests are not arriving on the day of departure you are very welcome to stay on later in the day.

All prices are negotiable and a reduction will be made for small parties, depending on the time of year.
We require £100.00 per week deposit to secure your dates. Balance paid eight weeks prior to travel date plus £150.00 returnable security deposit
