Villa in Bridgewater Crossing, Davenport, Orlando / Kissimmee - Peaceful Location In Quiet Community Less Than 15 Minutes To Disney World
The villa is very spacious and light, with patio doors leading from the master bedroom and dining room onto the pool deck. At the rear of the villa is a private screened pool and water feature with beautiful views over a lake and conservation land. The pool faces south and is very private and is not over looked by other villas.
The villa has four bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed, with en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the two remaining bedrooms have two twin beds. All bedrooms have TV's.
The lounge area has three sofa's, end tables with lamps and a coffee table and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, and all utensils. A washing machine and tumble dryer are in the utility room.
The garage is fitted with an electric door opener and there are golf clubs and bikes for your use. There is WIFI installed for your use.

About the Owner
My husband and I live in West Sussex and have two adult children and six beautiful grandchildren.
We have run our own Florida Property Business for 21 years, although now we only concentrate on renting our own properties.
We own three villas all next door to each other in Bridgewater Crossing, which is a quiet landscaped community with many lakes and close to all attractions, restaurants and shops.
We spend a great deal of our time in Florida simply because we absolutely love everything about it, mostly waking up to sunshine every morning. We have many family holidays in the villas as there is something for everyone to do, from going to the attractions, the beach or just relaxing around the pools at the villas.

Why Hazel chose Davenport
We owned a property on the east side of Kissimmee for a number of years however we preferred the Davenport location, with its close proximity to the Theme Parks, the Interstate 4, shopping malls and restaurants. Davenport is quite rural and Bridgewater Crossing is a lovely community with many lakes. We fell in love with it on our first visit and found the house of our dreams, overlooking a lake, when the houses either side of our villa became available we decided to buy them and have never regretted it.
The villas are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac so have no through traffic, they are all south facing so benefit from the sun from dawn until dusk.
The best recommendation we can have is that our guests return year after year.
What makes this villa unique
The convenience of staying in one of our villas is that they are very private, they are well spaced out and we have allowed the hedging to grow to give maximum privacy from other houses. They overlook a lake and no other houses are seen from the pool decks. The lake has an abundance of wildlife and so many beautiful birds.
We have an excellent management company who are extremely helpful and always around for any questions or advice.
The community has tennis courts, basketball practice court, community swimming pool, volleyball court and BBQ area with cabana, for the use of guests.

A great vill and most enjoyable stay
A well furnished and equipped villa that we would have no hesitation in recommending. It is well located at the end of a lake offering an excellent view and very peaceful location. The pool is one of the largest we have experienced for this type of accommodation. The location allows easy access to the parks and attractions
My husband, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and I who are 60+ Canadians rented this home from January 27-March 4/17 and it was the first time staying in this area.
We were very comfortable & throughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well appointed inside and out and exactly as described in the outline. It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood where some of went for a 3 mile walk most mornings.
The south facing pools is perfect for soaking up the sun and we made use of the pool to cool off. (During the winter months we suggest you request pool heat.) There is lots of room between the houses on both sides, plus a hedge. Behind the house is a small lake where there is a lot of waterfowl and an array of birds to watch. There are trees on the other side of the lake separating it from the next steet, which adds to the privacy. A community centre with an outdoor pool is only a couple of minutes away however, the pool is not heated so we didn't use it. A small charcoal grill is there for those who like to b-b-q.
We had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were staying in one of their other vacation properties during part of the time we were there. They, as well as their management personnel were all very friendly and helpful. The few issues we did encounter were immediately taken of as soon as they were reported.
The area is easy to get around with Publix, Walmart, a Dollar Store and a small convenience store within 20 minutes or less drive. Tourist attractions such as Disney World, Sea World & Legoland as well as lots of golf courses and restaurants are conveniently located minutes away. We suggest going for a game of golf, visit the Florida Citrus Plant, an Airboat Ride with Bogey Creek, a walk through Bok Tower Gardens and Pinewood Estates or the Greyhound Dog races in St. Petersburg to pass the day or afternoon.
We loved this home and the area so much we are renting it again next year for 6 weeks and can hardly wait to return. Highly recommend it!!
Complete holiday home.
This was my 13th visit to the state and my 5th in a rental home ,but certainly the best all round accommodation i have stayed at. An often used phase that the photos didn't do it justice couldn't be more true ,each room through out the home was splendidly decorated. The kitchen had every item required The pool area looked out onto a small lake which gave itself up to a variety of wildlife including large tortises ,cranes and an alligator as well as catching the sun from dawn till dusk.
The home in in a very pretty and quiet neighbourhood in a good proximity to parks malls and restaurants 30 minutes from airport. We could not find any thing which we believe would improve the holiday home.
The owners were very prompt in replying to any correspondence and very helpful we hope its not to long before we return.

Cocoa Beach and Melborne Beach are just over an hours drive from the villa and Clearwater beach is approximately one and a half hours drive.
Orlando Internation Airport is approximately 30 minutes drive and Tampa Airport is Just over an hour away.
Disney World is less than fifteen minutes drive.
Sea World is fifteen minutes.
Universal Studios is twenty minutes.
Champions Gate Shopping Plaza is just four minutes drive from the villa, fast food restaurants, pharmacy, large supermarket, banks, hairdressers etc are all situated close by.

A deposit of £100.00 per week is required with confirmation of the booking and the balance is due eight weeks prior to travel date.
Change over dates are flexible with availability. Arrival time is after 4.00pm and departure time is 10am. If new guests are not arriving on the day of departure you are very welcome to stay on later in the day.
Notes on prices:
All prices are negotiable and a reduction will be made for small parties, depending on the time of year.
We require £100.00 per week deposit to secure your dates. Balance paid eight weeks prior to travel date plus £150.00 returnable security deposit

- Notes on accommodation: The villa is very spacious, especially the living area and has been furnished to give maximum comfort Outside: The Villa has its own beautiful south facing pool and water feature and has exceptional views over the lake and conservation land. The pool deck is completely private and is not overlooked by other villas. Pool furniture is supplied and consists of two tables, six straight chairs and four sun loungers. The pool can be heated for a nominal charge during the winter months. Utility Room: The utility room, has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / All towels and sheets are included as well as pool towels. The house is cleaned prior to guests arrival and a midweek clean can be arranged for a charge by the local management company. Other: The lounge and all four bedrooms have ceiling fans installed. The dining area has a large table that seats eight people.
