It is well located for golf courses, beaches, restaurants, shopping and the airport, yet enjoys solitude and tranquility. With the opportunity to add a championship tennis court too, the villa offers so many options of activities - or of course, to sit back, do nothing but read, dream and rest!

The villa is secluded, one kilometre from the road, yet only 5 minutes drive to either Loule or Sao Bras, two lovely nearby market towns. Enjoy the peace, privacy and tranquility of the villa or head to one of the market towns for excellent supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, post office and banks. I bought this property for it's beautiful, unique position on top of a hill with stunning views to the coast across Algarvian countryside, set in 13 acres. It is well located for golf courses, beaches, restaurants, shopping and the airport, yet enjoys solitude and tranquility. With the opportunity to add a championship tennis court too, the villa offers so many options of activities - or of course, to sit back, do nothing but read, dream and rest!

Activity and Interests

Special interest holidays:

Water parks, jeep safaris, deep sea fishing, trips to a deserted island with a fantastic restaurant, tours, mountain biking, go-karting, hiking and horse riding all available. Gourmet Cooking - provided by or classes with well known local Austrian Chef is also available on request.

Coast/Beach:

The unspoilt beaches of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are a 15 minute drive. Faro Beach and pick-up points for deserted beaches accessible only by boat are just 25 minutes by car. Falesia Beach at Vilamoura is stunning with a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants.

Travel:

20 minute drive from Faro Airport. A car is essential.

Distances:

5 mins drive to Loule or Sao Bras. 20 minutes to Faro, Vilamoura, Quarteira, Quinta do Lobo and Vale do Lobo. Short drive up into the hills to The Alentejo district.

Further Details:

Malls, markets, restaurants, supermarkets, banks all within easy reach. Sailing, water sports, horse riding, go-carting, heliport, mountain biking - many activities and entertainment within a half hour travel. Booking Notes:
20% deposit payable on confirmation of booking (non refundable). Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival at the villa. Online transfer preferable (or Cheque) for bookings taken in the UK. For overseas Clients, Euro Transfers to a bank in Loule accepted. All breakages and damage to be paid for. A £300 deposit is required, refundable 7 days after the end of the rental.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible depending on other bookings, of course. Arrivals from 14:00 hrs but free to leave luggage earlier. Departures by 10:00 hours. Flexible. The Managing agent or owner are available 24/7 during your stay.

Notes on prices:
The quoted price per week is for the villa. Please note for a contribution to the cost of seasonal air-conditioning/heating, there is a charge of £10 per person per week and £25 per day pool heating if requested.

  • Notes on accommodation: There are 3 extra folding Z-beds and room to accommodate them in the master bedroom/dressing area or bedroom 2, 3 or 4. The pool is not gated therefore young children must be supervised. Fly screens on all windows. Air-conditioning/heating throughout. Wifi internet access and Sky Sports Satellite TV in lounge, master bedroom and kitchen. 2 cots and 2 high chairs are provided for babies. All bedrooms have X MINI Capsule speaker. Outside: Beautiful gardens with views of the countryside and the sea. Large sun bathing patio with luxury sunbeds and dining table and chairs (seats 10). Built-in barbecue for parties and quiet nights in. Various seating areas positioned around the property. Large private swimming pool with heating available at £25 per day. Championship tennis court.
