The villa, with mature gardens and a kidney-shaped private pool, is situated in the exclusive area of La Font, 15 minutes walk to Pollenca town centre and 10 minutes drive to the safe beaches of Puerto Pollenca and Cala St Vincente.
The covered terraces, front & rear of the L-shaped, single storey villa enjoy sun and shade all day long, making it ideal for alfresco living.
The house has a long living/dining room with fireplace. Off this area are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. The other bedroom can either be set up with twin beds or a 5' double. It has an en-suite with a walk-in shower.
The other 'arm' of the house has two further double rooms, each with their own en-suite, one with a bath with shower over, the other with a walk-in shower. One of these bedrooms can be either set us as two 3' single beds or a 6' King size.
Any of the bedrooms can accommodate a cot.
The set-up of the bedrooms is ideal for two families, having their children nearby, as all the rooms are in the same building.
The well equipped kitchen accesses the dining area and the spacious rear dining terrace with traditional BBQ and gas BBQ, with views to the pool.
The house has a few steps but all the rooms are on the ground floor.
There is ample parking and the property is protected with electronic gates.

Holiday at La Font

We had a fantastic family holiday at La Font. The property was wonderful, had all the facilities we needed and many hours were enjoyed by the lovely pool. Communication with Maggie was very easy and all the information/recommendations she provided were excellent. We would love to return one day.

fantastic villa in a wonderful location. inside is modern, spotless and very well equipped. lovely pool outside and plenty of sunbeds and space to sunbathe. excellent comms throughout with the owners. would definitely stay here again.

Joy at Casa Joya

Beautiful villa in a great location - the photos do not do this lovely property justice. Our family of 6 had a wonderful week here in late July - everything was perfect, with excellent communication with the owners. Highly recommend !!!!

Perfect Family Holiday (despite the Government!)

We booked this Villa at last minute & the owners who were there at the time cut short their own stay to accommodate us. In the short time between making the booking & arriving Maggie made sure we had all of the relevant details, including Covid 19 info that we required to enter Mallorca. The Villa is beautiful & was perfect for us. En Suites in all rooms were a real benefit & the Villa would be suitable for 2 families or 4 couples. The pool, sun loungers & outside dining is everything we needed including toys for the children & inflatables for Adults!! The kitchen is very well equipped & well stocked with all provisions. The welcome hamper was greatly appreciated especially the wine! Location of the Villa suited us perfectly with an approx 20 minute walk into Pollenca & 10 minute car journey to Port de Pollenca which are both really nice. The location is also a good base for exploring the North of the Island. Maggie even recommended a car hire company which works really well with the way they operate. All in all we had a fantastic holiday at a fantastic Villa in a great location. Maggie was brilliant with us & provided us with everything we required to make this trip as seamless as possible in the current climate. The only slight dampener was provided by our wonderful Government who all of a sudden deemed the Balearics an unsafe place to be. I know where we would sooner be!

Our family has loved the Pollensa area for many years. We always find something new to do here, from relaxing on the beaches to the sightseeing, not forgetting the many wonderful bars and restaurants. We love our holidays in Casa Joya. We think La Font is the ideal location for either a walk into the old town or a short drive to the beaches. Our sons are now grown up - one married with family and we all still love bringing our friends over - we are never short of holiday companions! We really hope you enjoy our family holiday home as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We spent many years looking for our ideal holiday home all around the Pollenca area but La Font was always our favourite.
It is ideally situated for a leisurely walk into the old town or a short drive to the beaches, at the same time, feeling we are off the beaten track.

What makes this property unique

Our house is ideally situated for shops and restaurants, being only a few minutes drive away.
There are many walks from here, from a gentle flat amble to a more active walk up the mountain behind us, then being rewarded with magnificent views over the three bays.
The beautiful and safe beaches of Pollenca and Cala St. Vincente are a 10 minute drive away.
The famous monastery at LLuc is only a 15 minute drive away through stunning scenery.
Mallorcan wines are famous and two Vineyards are close by who operate tastings.
Pollenca Golf is very near and Alcanada Golf is a short drive away.
