Free WIFI. The swimming pools are situated through a small gate into a beautiful landscaped garden area. The apartment is 30 mins drive from Faro Airport, 5 to 10 minutes drive to beautiful awarding winning sandy beaches at Vilamoura, Falesia and Pine Cliffs and the local Vilamoura Marina.

Thank you for one of the best holiday experiences that we have had. We had a fantastic holiday as the location of the apartment was excellent, The pool was fantastic and so relaxing. All in all it was hassle free from arrival till departure. I am returning in 4 weeks with a group for golf so looking forward to that. Fabulous family apartment

Firstly, overall - there are not enough stars to award to this property! The apartment is immaculate, spacious, well appointed and in a great location on the complex. The two bedrooms are large with plenty of storage, each has their own bathroom and there were never any hot water issues (absolute godsend with kids)! We can't say enough good things about the service provided by the owner, and the complex itself is exceptionally well maintained. This apartment is on the top floor of a 3-storey block (with a lift) so the large terrace off the dining area is an absolute sun trap! The smaller terrace off the main bedroom is a lovely spot too (especially for that morning cup of tea). The pools (of which there are two) are clean and looked after superbly by Olga, and the Pool Bar is owned and run by lovely, lovely people. You will definitely need a car (or bikes) as there are no facilities nor nightlife within walking distance (although a small supermarket is about 30 min walk away for grocery emergencies!). The apartment is on the same road as a Tivoli Hotel on its own golf course, and there is a clubhouse where you can buy an early meal (until 7pm) within walking distance, and apparently you can book in their restaurant (pricey) and book their beauty services (again, pricey), but we didn't learn about this until too late this year and intend to try it out next year! You can book cleaning for the apartment during your stay (at a small extra cost) but in all honesty there is everything you need in the apartment to easily keep it clean yourself so not a necessity - a change of linen is provided. All in all - not one bad thing to say - and you don't hear that often!

Activity and Interests

Car: recommended


Victoria Boulevard Apt is a 10 minute drive to beautiful sandy award winning beaches Pine Cliffs/Falesia Beach. 5 minute drive to beach at Vilamoura seafront near Marina. A 10 minute drive to the town of Quarteira with its very large promenade running alongside a large sandy beach and where a local fish and vegetable market is regularly held. A 10 minute drive to Olhos d'Agua a small seafront village with beach, cafes and restaurants.


Car hire is essential and highly recommended for access to beaches, supermarkets and shops. Faro Airport is approximately 30 minutes drive. Roads are well sign posted. A train station is situated at Loule town.


Vilamoura Marina is a 30 to 40 minute walk - but only a 5 minute drive.

Local Portuguese villages, Olhos d'Agua, Loule, Quarteira, Almancil 10 to 15 minute drive from penthouse. Vilamoura Marina with its many restaurants and bars is a 5 minute drive away. Albufeira 20 mins drive, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago both 15 min drive. Algarve Shopping Centre is a 15 minute drive away situated on the near side of a town called Guia on the N125 and is highly recommended for all supermarket shopping.

Further Details:

Local supermarkets, Jaffers and Ali Super, Pharmacy are approx 3km from apartment or 5 min drive, there are no supermarkets that you can walk to. Algarve Shopping Centre situated at Guia on the N125 is highly recommended for all supermarket shopping with restaurants/eating areas upstairs. Local supermarkets are situated near to Vilamoura town and Marina area which is a 5 minute drive or Quarteria 10 mins drive which has cafes, restaurants, shops, banks, chemists and LIDL supermarket.

PARKING: There is a secured basement car park as well as free car parking on the Boulevard below the Apartment.
