We love this apartment. It has marble floors throughout. Lots of light and a great terrace to have breakfast on. Brand new flat panel TV. New, huge and super-comfortable sofa. It has dishwasher and laundry room. Lots of closet space. New furniture. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes or less. The amenities at the complex are great. The outdoor swimming pool has adults and children's pool. Big grass area around the pool to lay on the sun. The beach in Albir is beautiful and the town is full of shops and has a great variety of restaurants.

About Inma Carrion

We live in USA with our 3 years old son. We are both 40 years old. Our family lives very near Albir and so we bought this apartment as our second home to come visit whenever we can. We also plan to come here to live when we retire.

Notes on accommodation: Smoking or pets not allowed in the whole apartment. No exceptions!!! Outside: The terrace is accessible via the living room and the main bedroom. It has outdoor furniture. It also has two brand new terrace canopies to block the sun and heat. Indoor lap pool heated. Indoor jacuzzi and 2 saunas. Outdoor pool with adult and children parts. Paddle court with glass walls. Showers. Garden with grass and trees. Children play area next to the garden and pool. Utility Room: Washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linens included. Changed and cleaned after each visit.

Great apartment in an ideal spot

We are a family of 4 who flew to Alicante and spent a week in the apartments. It was ideal for my husband and i and our 2 children (9 & 7). The apartment has everything you could possibly need. The pool area is very clean and all the people were v friendly. It was never too busy as it has an indoor and outdoor pool. My husband and son enjoyed the paddlecourt too. The location is perfect with restaurants and shops very close to the apartment. We enjoyed Dia's which is on the same street as the apartment - 4 courses €14.95 and it was v nice. The beach is a 5 minute walk where u find lots of shops/restaurants and an inflatable in the sea which the kids loved. Would def recommend this apartment. Pablo was also very helpful with good communication. Thanks.

Fantastic Apartment with great additional facilities

We have stayed at this apartment over a number of years and will be returning again in 2018.

It is great for families and has an indoor and outdoor pool and a Padel court which has become a really popular game amongst the family.

The owners are always looking for feedback and act on it and we often find additional facilities have been added which this year included WiFi.

Inma and Juan always make the booking process a fast and efficient and we are always met on time usually ahead of check in time.

If you want a great place to stay in the great seaside resort of Albir this would be my number 1 choice.

a Gem

We love everything about the apartment. Please don't read any more otherwise we won't be able to get a space next time. The apartment is large enough for 4 adults. It is well equipped with wifi, heating, English and Spain telvision, bedding , towels and fully equipped kitchen. The underground garage is useful if you use a car.

location is about 5mins from the seafront. It has a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The communal areas are well maintained. It is near

supermarkets and the local bus stop is near by. The apartment offers peace and

quiet day and night. Albir and Altea have a variety of restaurants, tapas bars and cafes.

Highly recommended!!

We had not stayed at this apartment before....but certainly will be in the future! The property is brand new, has excellent air conditioning, very tastefully furnished and is located 2 mins walk from the supermarket, shops, cafes and 5 mins walk to beach in a really quiet complex.

The apartment is in a quiet street and a mostly privately owned block of apartments which are really well looked after. We slept soundly every night as there was no noise at all. The grounds are immaculately looked after and the communal pool is excellent, a lovely size and not busy at all. There is also a larger covered pool and separate jacuzzi. This was an added bonus as we enjoy a good swim for fitness. The apartment even came with personal sun loungers kept on the balcony that we used for the pool and beach. Washing machine, large fridge freezer, oven / hob and microwave all provided. We cooked a few meals in and the kitchen is ample. Satellite tv also provided with all main UK channels including Film 4.

Most importantly the communication from owner Inma and the manager, Pablo has been excellent before, during and after our stay. Pablo met us at the apartment to show us to the underground car park and show us around. He was available on the phone for any queries we had, a really friendly and helpful sénor! The communication with the owner Inma has also been excellent.

Please choose this as your holiday destination you are in safe hands and you certainly won't be disappointed!

There is a saying 'you get what you pay for', however on this occasion you definitely get more than you pay for! Excellent value, location and enjoyment!

Great property plus great location

Our stay at this property was all we asked for ,it was clean and tidy and the aircon was a gift .It was central to all amenities with the beach just a short distance away .The pool and garden was kept clean with a gardener attending every couple of days. There are any amount of restaurants to choose from all serving beautiful food at a very reasonable price.I would totally recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit beautiful Albir

Cancellations to be made 60 days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.

Please inquire. Check-in time is after 3pm the day of arrival. Late check-ins are allowed until 10pm BUT you have to tell us 2-3 days before that you will be arriving late. Check-out must be by 11am the day of departure.
