Luxury air-conditioned villa in a peaceful cul de sac in the 5 star Vale do Lobo resort. The villa sleeps 6 in 3 spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom with king sized bed and sea views, plus two twin bedded rooms all with en-suite bath/shower rooms. Fully equipped kitchen, large open plan sitting and dining area. Games room with table tennis table. Outside living and eating area with gas barbeque extending to include swimming pool and terraced area with sun loungers. WIFI available.

About Caroline Edwards

This is a family holiday home which we bought in January 2010. We have been going to Vale do Lobo for over 20 years now and although we have ventured elsewhere our children just keep wanting to come back. The Portuguese are so friendly and we feel it is a very safe environment for them to be in. The villa has recently been brought it up to a very high standard both inside and out with new flat screen SMART TV, soft furnishings, sunbeds, paving and gas barbeque by the pool . We chose to buy a villa in this area as it is a quiet location but within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, Golf Club and the Supermarket. A car is not necessary unless you are wanting to go out of the resort.

Notes on accommodation: There is one travel cot available to use free of charge but linen for this needs to be provided by guests. High chairs can be arranged at an extra cost. There is a local management agent to assist you during your vacation which is contactable via an internal telephone in the villa. Outside: Private garden with pool, terrace for sunbathing, gas barbeque, dining table and chairs and large parasol. There is a shaded outside living area with sofa, chairs and table with sea views. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels are included in the rental price. All linen changed weekly. Maid service for 1 day every week. Extra linen change and extra maid service available upon request - there is a charge for this. Other: Games room with table tennis table. Car parking available in front drive.

wonderful property, very comforable and anything we required was there.Could have done with a couple more parasols as it was very hot . cleaning was a bit odd, was told only one clean so was expecting just the saturday however they came in on wed then sat for new linen and clean again on mon then again on thurs,thought maybe the outside area should be cleaned more regular as debris fell into the pool but it was cleaned out quite quickly. Not a place to go if you are on a budget as the beach area bars and restaurants charge a third more than the hotel. so for a quiet afternoon the hotel is the place to go. B..ut a very clean tidy and safe area to stay. We had a taxi to places we wanted to see as bus service is a bit random we found a very friendly cab driver who was helpful too. Loula is a pretty place, Faro is worth a visit and if you go into Quarteria to the prom you can walk all the way to Villa Maura its a twenty minute amble, the harbour is the perfect place to shop or people watch.

Arrival and departure days are totally flexible. Arrival time after 3.30pm, departure before 10.30am to allow for cleaning. Luggage can be stored at Golf club with adequate notice.
