Set within a quiet, well-to-do property, which is maintained to the highest level, you will find this spacious apartment. The beautiful swimming pool is of a good size and rarely gets busy. It is lit up at night - and so are the gardens, creating the perfect ambience to dine on your terrace while the children sleep in the bedroom. It is perfectly safe, with no public access and the apartment has its own alarm system. With it's two bedrooms, it has been decorated to a high standard. Comfort is key with two crash out sofas, as well as sunbeds on its terrace. It has a sociable open-plan living vibe - perfect for couples and families alike with all local amenities just on your doorstep including supermarkets, bars and popular play areas for the children. Just opposite the sea, and one of Ibiza's best restaurants - and minutes from the large sandy Port Des Torrent beach you will enjoy the Ibiza Sunset in all its beauty from your terrace.

Hi, my name is Jo and I have lived on the Island for 24 Years. I have worked within the Travel Industry for many years - although currently I am concentrating on being a mum. I do understand though customer needs and requirements and can be around as much or as little as you need me to be. My apartment has also been praised for being such great value for money. It really is a super place to spend a well-earned break with everything easily to hand. No-one ever wants to leave.

Why Jo Davis chose Sant Josep (San Jose)

We bought this property in the very early days of living in Ibiza - and what's lovely about it is that the same appreciation of it is there. It's location is of course it's winning factor, as well as how clean the block is kept and how quiet it is. When all you can see in front of you is a gorgeous deep blue sea and glorious sunset you will absolutely adore it too.

What makes this apartment unique

Being practically on the sea - and listening to it as you fall off to sleep at night.

Notes on accommodation: A quiet location not suitable for young noisy groups. Outside: Gardens, large patios, sunbeds, dining table and chairs, swimming pool approx 20m long x 12m wide. Shared pool. Utility Room: Iron and ironing board is also provided plus two free standing fans. There are also 2 free-standing radiators for early/late season. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included, property cleaned once a week and towels are changed once a week. Other: Large private sun terrace, with dining table, sunbeds and large sunshade. Large Fan in each bedroom.

Perfect location and home from home

Jo's apartment was perfect for our family. Lovely ground floor terrace and you can watch the amazing sunsets whilst indulging in a bottle of wine. Supermarkets were nearby, as are the restaurants and water park. The bus stop is at the end of the road and we used the buses on many occasions travelling around the island.

Jo was always available to answer any queries we had. We enjoyed our stay that much.......we've booked again for next year!!!

Lovely apartment & area

We stayed here for two weeks with our two young children.

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet location yet you are only a short walk from the restaurants & shops.

Pool area was really quiet & the loungers are owned by each apartment so even if it was busy you never struggle getting a lounger.

I would recommend staying at this apartment.

Magic Apartment in great location

I found Jo's apartment by pure luck and it was the best luck that happened to us.

The flat was clean and neat and so calming. The location is perfect and everything you need is in the vicinity of it: pool, beautiful beaches, public transport (buses & water taxis), restaurants, supermarket and the best Fish Restaurant on the Island is right on the doorstep of the flat.

I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and will definitely return for another stay. As first time visitors to Ibiza we were highly impressed.

Booking Notes:
To reserve the apartment I will need to take payment of a 50% deposit, with the full balance being paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A deposit of £200-£300 will also need to be paid one upon arrival, with the full refund of monies owed paid in cash upon checkout - once the apartment is checked over.

Changeover Day:
The most preferred changeover day is a Saturday, but I am very flexible so please get in touch. Check into the apartment is normally 2pm, with checkout at 10am - but again I will endeavour to assist in being flexible as much as I can.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
