A 'home from home' villa which is well equipped for a comfortable stay. Situated near the entrance of the resort which is easily located. The resort has 24 hour security with automatic entrance barriers. The villa has off road parking for one car. The rear of the property has full sun with partial shade at different times of the day to suit everyone. The large patio area is completely tiled with the 8 x 4m pool (heated optional) situated at the far rear of the property. The featured glazed terrace is exclusively furnished for living and dining which can also be used as an extra entertainment family room. This villa also has a rare feature upon this resort where the master bedroom has sliding patio doors to step out onto the top terrace with a new tiled floor, with views of the mountain and the golf course. The windows are all fitted with fly screens for your comfort. **Newly tiled top terrace floor** with a modern look!!

Why Sylvia Igoe chose Cartagena & Mar Menor

After searching for our dream holiday home in Spain for we finally found this one. My wife and I looked in this area at the beginning of our search but could not stretch our budget. We came back and felt that this area has got potential and the resort is very friendly and welcoming. The resort is located very conveniently to all surrounding attractions with many golf courses in the area with only a short drive away. The people and holiday makers are very pleasant and friendly. We also love the atmosphere in Los Alcazares; the old town and the beach is only 5 minutes drive. The big convenience is the airport, which is only 10 minutes away.

What makes this villa unique

I have always enjoyed playing golf and the biggest attraction for me to was to buy a property on a golf resort. We visited this resort many times and compared it with some of the others resorts and found that the plan of Mar Menor is very convenient and the atmosphere is fantastic and makes us feel at home. The other attraction is the Costa Calida coast line of beaches and traditional Spanish towns and villages.

I chose this property as it has unique patio doors in the master bedroom which is very rare on the resort. The property in the resort is also very easy to find which is situated very close to the gate house.

We continue to upgrade, improve and keep up with all the maintenance on the villa

Notes on accommodation: We include tea, coffee and sugar which our guests always replenish for the next guests. Baby cot and high chair are available on request, charged locally. Outside: A new Rattan Cube patio set consisting of a large square table with 4 chairs and 4 stools. Four new sun loungers for sunbathing. The private heated pool is 8m x 4m and with an out door shower at the side. New! Spanish Style Barbeque - a must for outdoor cooking! We now have a large gazebo over the dining patio set for comfortable seating. Utility Room: Includes washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath towels and beach towels are provided. Midweek cleaning is offered and charged locally. Please contact for details. Other: The glazed terrace has dining table which seats 6 with a matching conservatory set. This room also includes a water cooler and a large sideboard. The top terrace an all weather corner suite and coffee table.

This was my second visit and my husband's first. We were both so happy with the villa. Everything you could wish for. Well maintained and very clean.

People very friendly and helpful. Resort was very well maintained and quiet, just what the doctor ordered.

Taxi or hire car required to go any distance, local shop and few bars within easy walking distance..

Will definitely be coming again.

NB: Security Deposit: £150 up to 7 days. £200 up to 10 days. £250 up to 14 days. £300 up to 21 days These will be refunded within 4 weeks after departure and inspection. Any breakages/damages will be deducted reasonably.

When the holidaymakers has had confirmation on dates and price. The HM will pay a 20% of the rental cost plus the security deposit. This will secure their requested dates. The balance is then paid 8 weeks before the HM arrives at the property. The security deposit is then returned to the HM within 4 weeks after their departure of the property. Payments can be made by cheque or BACS.
