Apartment in Edinburgh, Scotland - Close To Bus Routes And Shops

Conveniently located for direct bus routes and with private parking, the property is half-way between the city bypass and city centre, on the south side of Edinburgh. The property overlooks well-maintained gardens containing a pretty stream, the Braid Burn, and is also very handy for Cameron Toll shopping centre, as well as for Edinburgh university, the veterinary school and Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. It has one double bedroom with en-suite shower, one single bedroom, a further bathroom, large living room and kitchen with dining table. It is on the second floor (easy stairs) and has full gas central heating, free wireless broadband and flat-screen TV/DVD. It is a well furnished and equipped 'home from home', to which many guests return again and again. Sorry, no pets or children under 10.

I have owned this property for 15 years and have enjoyed letting it for holidays. People return again and again and come to Edinburgh for many different reasons. I enjoy the goodwill which the flat generates with people from all over the world.

Excellent accommodation

We rent a lot of places all over the country for short breaks and this one was certainly one of the very best. Absolutely every single thing you could want, spacious and comfortably furnished. This will be our Edinburgh base from now on. Marilyn and Ken

Thank you for letting us stay in your Edinburgh holiday home. It was a perfect home from home with everything we could possibly need. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. For us, the best days out in Edinburgh - The National Museum of Scotland, Edinburgh Castle and Edinburgh Zoo, especially seeing Velu the baby chimpanzee!
