This third floor apartment is spacious bright and airy, furnished to a very high standard, with lifts and stairs to all levels. And consists of 2 bedrooms, one double,with sea view across the road, and one twin, with swimming pool view, shower room with washing machine, separate toilet, fully fitted kitchen, lounge/diner, leading off from the lounge onto the terrace is a fantastic view of the 'Med' with sun all day, and into the late evening. The apartment boasts a very large pool set in a mature garden, which is kept to a very high standard. From the apartment are level walks to all of the town, being just a matter of 20 minutes walk from the Balcon De Europa,which is the centre of town, its again just matter minutes to the supermarket, lovely shops, restaurants, tapas bars, with their typical Spanish cuisine, 'must' if in Nerja. There are a number of beaches to chose from all near the apartment, Carabeillo across the road, Calahonda, just below the "Balcon" or Burriana.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is home form home and every comfort is provided for your needs, with lots lovely sunshine, the apartment as sun all day and into the late evening and fantastic views. there is full hot & cold air-con, which is very efficent & cheap to run for winter lets. wifi at a small charge to cover rental of the antenna being 10 €uros per week. Outside: The private swimming pool is only for the residents of Verde Mar, is a very large pool. set in a lovely mature garden, with lots of grass sun bathing areas. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: When you arrive the apartment will be cleaned spotless,and ready for your arrival, and all toilets disinfected. The linen is changed weekly, it includes bed-sheets, pillow cases, towels bath and hand, tea towels, No beach towels are provided. Other: Leading off the lounge is the terrace which consists of 2 reclining chairs and a full patio set, 4 chairs, table and sun umbrella, on the terrace also is a clothes airer, also at the apartment is an hair dryer.

Booking Notes:
There is a 25% deposit at time of booking the apartment, then the remainder of balance 1 month before departure.
keys will be posted to your home address 2/3 weeks before departure. There is a 10€ charge per week for the internet.

There is a supplement of £25. 00 per person, for June July & August for 4 persons, normal tariff for 2 persons, this is to cover electric as this year a 14% increase.

Changeover Day:
The apartment is booked Sunday to Sunday, although can be flexible at certain times of the year, Please inquire. Arrival times and departure can also be flexible. The booking form contains normal arrival times and departure times.

Notes on prices:
Please inquire for long winter lets, these can can be from one month to three months.
For the winter lets electric & laundry, is not included if the price.
There is Full Hot & Cold Air-Con which is very efficent & cheap to run.
Also WiFi which there is a small charge.

25% Deposit On Booking the apartment, Balance a month before departure when the keys ,map & balance invoice is sent.
