Apartment with balcony giving splendid views over the marina. Air conditioning, well furnished and equipped. Lift and security. 3 minutes walk to blue flag beaches either side of the marina. Central location ideal for access to exclusive beach clubs, as well as many fine restaurants, bars and clubs to be seen at. Great shopping opportunities, separated from the world famous Marbella by the Golden Mile.

About Cedric

My wife and I found that we were visiting Marbella and Puerto Banus regularly for its atmosphere and life. Unique in resorts in Europe, it´s micro climate gives it a far better chance of good weather, meaning that restaurants, bars and clubs are open the year round.

It´s not just a seaside holiday, there´s an endless supply of first class golf courses, in the mountainous area behind, there are the famous Andalusian white villages to visit, and for a day out, the Alhambra in Granada.

We wanted an apartment which took advantage of everything the area has to offer.

We found a fascinating building, open to the sky in the centre. Bridges hanging with plants link apartments. Our living room has such stunning views

over the marina to the Mediterranean, that everyone who sees it says wow !

Cedric purchased this apartment in 1986

Why Cedric chose Marbella

We looked at many locations in Southern Spain, but found only the Marbella area lived up to its reputation. What appealed most was that whilst it is Internationally famous as a holiday resort it has many other opportunities for a great holiday. It has a micro climate giving round the year benefits to the area provided by the back drop of mountains. Within 10 minutes you can be in a different world.

We were lucky to find an apartment which provided all this yet was a haven of peace after days and nights of activities.

What makes this apartment unique

The unique benefit of our apartment, is that it actually in Puerto Banus, unlike many properties describe this feature and are frequently at some distance away.

Excellent facilites .Owner Cedric and his wife very helpful and accommodating.Will return.

My wife and myself had a great holiday. Apartment very central and excellent views over the harbour. On the first night Cedric greeted us and was very helpful. On our departure date we were allowed to stay until evening as our flight had a late departure time. This was very much appreciated. The town of Puerto Banus is beautiful but is expensive to eat out. We will definitely return to this apartment in the future.Air conditioning very much appreciated as weather was very hot. Apartment has wifi also and was a great bonus.

Great location, great hosts

Clean and tidy apartment with a great location. No car or taxis required if you're staying local for the duration of your stay. Very secure and felt very safe. No noise heard from the nearby nightclubs, easy enough to get your head down. Will definitely been in touch again.

Perfect location, upstairs from front line Banus

Great location, quite basic but for the price you can't grumble. very spacious as these older apartments seem to be. Ideal for those that want to be directly in the in the port. its literally downstairs. Not a lot of noise though as bedrooms to the rear . Its a busy place but if thats what your after then again ideal. would suit younger folk that like all the things the port had to offer, i needed something close so i didnt have to walk far as just had a op on my foot.

This property was exceptional,the location was incedible overlooking the marina with stunning views

Our host Cedric met us as a group of four, two adults and two grown up children.Cedric could not do enough to help accommodate us.The property had absolutely everything one would need for a great visit, down to beach towels and fabulous arrival pack. It was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well equipped.But it was the location that was truly outstanding. It has tremendous views over the harbour with a glorious sunrise every morning. The apartment over looks the street with a very busy nightlife going into the early hours.However, the sounds didn't disturb our sleep!as the bedrooms are to the back of the apartment. Thank you Cedric. We will be back.

Owner's Response: Ruth and her family were perfect guests, they came to see what Puerto Banus has to offer, and enjoyed it to the full, leaving looking relaxed and fit- and brown. They were friendly, appreciative, tidy and responsible. Plus, to our surprise, washed all the bed linen and towels ! A great family, they'd be welcome back any time. be welcome back anytime

Fantastic apartment ideal location

We booked 3 nights at this 2 bed 2 bath apartment, it was clean well-furnished and comfortable with brilliant views over the marina

From Malaga airport we got the bus to Marbella bus station for 8 euros which took 35 minutes and then a taxi to Banus for a further 12 euros, reverse trip on the way back

Ideal location within walking distance of everything

We would highly recommend this apartment and was great value

Cedric our host offered great advice about local amenities and even let us stay a couple of hours extra on our day of leaving

No complaints at all !
