Quinta da Amizade is located only a few minute's drive from Quinta do Lago (Quinta Shopping) and the stunning beaches/golf courses. A gated entrance leads you up the long sweeping drive through landscaped gardens to the front of the villa. Double oak doors lead to an entrance hall which leads into the lounge/formal dining which has doors leading onto the terrace and pool area which offers a bar, kitchen, alfresco dining, sunbathing, extensive lawn and play area for kids. The ground floor also has a kitchen-diner/snug/utility which also leads onto the terrace. Three of the bedroom suites are on the 1st floor (bedroom 1 has its own private balcony) the landing has a front facing balcony which offers stunning hill views. The top floor boasts the whole of the master / penthouse suite, a large private balcony with breathtaking views towards the sea. The villa is ideal for family holidays, golfing breaks, a quiet retreat but very close to everything that the area has to offer.

Beautiful villa, even in the rain...

Fabulous villa with literally everything you could ask for, located just minutes from Quinta centre. The grounds are beautifully maintained with copious quantities of orange trees and acres of space for children to run around to their hearts content.

The pool area is wonderful with a good sized pool at ground level and plenty of seating areas so even in the rain there is somewhere you can be outside.

The villa itself is very well decorated internally, the master bedroom is huge but all the rooms are very amply sized and each has a beautifully appointed bathroom, so unlike some villas you don't feel as though there is only really one room in which you would want to stay.

Kitchen is extremely well stocked and I would challenge anybody to find a utensil that isn't provided!

The owner is incredibly helpful and responsive to emails, and the property manager is exactly the right balance of friendly and welcoming without being too intrusive. You genuinely feel that the priority is you enjoying your stay.

To summise, a fantastic villa in a great location unanimously appreciated by all in our party - we've already booked to come back...

Everything and more!!!!

As regular visitors to the area things just get better on each trip.

From the first contact with Gaynor you know you've made the right choice, nothing is too much trouble.

The villa is a dream, just far enough out for those periods of peace, just near enough for the beach and fantastic restaurants, we strongly recommend Maria's, Gusto's at the Conrad and more to many mention here.

The family loved every minute, particularly the pool and have demanded a two week residence next time and they are "very" fussy.

Wonderful villa

We had a wonderful holiday here. Lots of space, especially for the children who loved playing in the beautiful pool and on the swings and slide and the large garden area. The villa had everything we needed to enable us to be totally self sufficient. The owners were quick and responsive, answering any queries promptly. The local area was wonderful. We particularly enjoyed the water sports on the lake and a number of wonderful restaurants. I would thoroughly recommend this villa to any holidaymakers.

Pure Heaven!!

We have recently returned from this superb villa and the whole experience just gets better. Having undergone some major refurbishment, it is now even more stunning. No expense has been spared with all the facilities and it feels like home from home. The villa has a great level of privacy and only a short drive to all the buzz of Quinta and Vale de Lobo. Can`t wait to go back!!

Perfectly Fabulous in every way.

Wow, this is then the perfect family or group holday home. Perfectly large enough to have great family or group gatherings yet if one chooses be on ones own and enjoy the peaceful tranquility that the property surroundings offer.

Located just a short 5 /6 min drive from the fabulous square offering shopping, food and bars and close to some of the Algarves finest restaurants. The beach just 6 min drive is clean vibrant and offers pleanty to do and eating places.

The property itself consists of spacious lovely air con bedrooms with fabulous en-suites, a very spacious kitchen and dining area with seperate utilitiy off and fantastic American sized fridge-freezer. An lovely decorated and furnished very spacious open plan living room and more dining table and chairs.

Tollets on every level and well stocked kitchen utilities add to the making of a 1st rate holiday home. Outside offers a terrific large infinity swimming pool which is very cleanly maintained and pleanty of sunbeds to relax on. There is also a sheltered modern seating area to relax out of the hot sun with the added bonus of a covered bar and bbq kitchen for further eating and entertaining outdoor by the pool.

What more could one want?

We purchased this property as it ticked all the boxes on our wish list: - large, fully enclosed, landscaped grounds and garden - very private but so close to Quinta do Lago - close to all great golf courses, beaches and restaurants - perfect views over unspoilt countryside to the sea and coast - large and spacious property - on a level plot - easy access from the Villa to the Pool and outdoor entertaining area - amazing master suite occupying the whole 3rd floor - bath with views, and a huge balcony to watch the sun go down - easy distance from the Airport - 10 - 15 minutes
