Trulli delle Rondini is traditional stone building set in 10 tranquil hectares of olives and fruit trees. It will sleep six comfortably in the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. Unlike many trullo complexes it boasts a spacious living area with arched stone ceilings which blend well with the fully exposed traditional stone work of the original trulli building. It has a well appointed, fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area. Outside there is plentiful seating and areas for dining, sunbathing and, importantly in the summer, shading. The 13x5m pool is surrounded by ample terracing and its close proximity to the building make supervising children easier. Alfresco dining is a must in the warmer months and is further enhanced as night falls as the property is enchantingly lit up.It is within easy driving distance of Ceglie Messapica and its many restaurants and the most well known city of Ostuni.

Puglia offers the certainty of consistent summer sun but also magical springs and autumns. Then there's the wonderful food and wine and the warm-hearted nature of the local Italians themselves. The spectacle of ancient historical towns surrounded by countless olive groves never ceases to delight and never far away lie the beautiful Adriatic and Ionian seas. The countryside offers highly desirable peace and tranquility but step into town in the evening and you will experience the contrasting liveliness of the highly sociable locals.

You will be staying in an architecturally unique building and not just another holiday villa.The restoration has been undertaken with great sensitivity and finished beautifully. It's tranquil and secluded rural setting allows for a truly relaxing holiday..so much so that many have been content to simply stay at the trullo and chill out. Ottavio our representative together with his wife Zeni are lovely people. Ottavio's English is excellent and he will be able to help with any problems you might have.

Refundable breakages deposit of £200 or 200 Euros payable to agent on arrival. Returnable on day of departure, subject to satisfactory property inspection. Booking deposit 50% of rental, payable at time of booking. Balance payable 2 months prior to arrival date.

Changeover Day:
The preferred changeover day is Saturday but this is flexible. Departure desired usually by 10.00.

Notes on prices:
Usual minimum stay 1 week but this may be subject to negotiation depending on date of booking and current bookings.
