The apartment is located on a quiet, secure and gated complex with heated pool. Situated just 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport and only a short 10 minute walk to the Old Town and Harbour and 5 minutes from the lively nightlife, bars and restaurants on the seafront. The apartment is on the first floor of a 35 apartment low rise complex and has Air Conditioned Bedrooms and its own South facing sun terrace with privacy netting, retractable sun canopy, patio furniture, sunbeds and BBQ. The shared pool is heated for the slightly cooler winter months and has a spacious sun terrace complete with sunbeds and parasols.

Just returned from a lovely holiday at this fantastic large apartment ,with all the home comforts you need,great friendly complex. We have stayed here on several occasions and we will keep returning Tracy and paul are easy and great to deal with.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely complex. The apartment itself is of excellent standard, is cleaned to an excellent standard with all your home comforts. The terrace has the sun all day and has views of the sea. From the rear you have a view of the volcanic rocks. The complex is spotless and in a brilliant area for all of Puerto del Carmens amenities. We have stayed here twice and will certainly be back again. Paul and Tracy you have an amazing place x
This is our 3rd visit to the apartment, it is very light, spacious and has all the amenities you need. The large balcony is fantastic, not overlooked and such a bonus having sunbeds, also it gets the sun for the majority of the day and the views are amazing. Paul and Tracy are very helpful from start to finish, they provide lots of useful information regarding places to visit and dine, of which we have tried and can fully recommend. The complex itself is nice and quiet, very clean with a great pool area and sunbeds. The location is excellent and the resort has something for all tastes. We love it so much we have booked again for 2015. Would highly recommend

This is our 2nd visit to the apartment. Each time the apartment has been improved immensely. The apartment is smart, spacious and very clean. The balcony area is very spacious and private. The pool area has been updated since we last came and the static umbrellas were a bonus. Paul and Tracy are very accommodating as we had a night flight on the day of departure. They were able to accommodate us and we were able to stay in the apartment until 6pm that evening. We have booked for next year. Overall, nothing negative to say, a great place to come.

Everything you need is here in this apartment, One of the best sun terrace I have ever had, not over looked at all, Wi-Fi a bit hit and miss but hay not a big problem, good little bar round the corner think its called the Snug, Had a car but did not need it at all

The seafront area with golden sandy beach, water sports activities and lively nightlife, shopping centres, bars and restaurants is only a short distance away whilst, the more tranquil Old Town and Harbour with its fantastic sea view fish restaurants is within easy reach of the centrally located complex. Arrecife, Los Poscillios and Playa Blanca can be reached by local buses which run every day from Puerto Del Carmen.
The apartment is only a 10 minute taxi ride from Arrecife airport and the average fare should cost no more than €15/€20 euros. This is a small and beautiful island with some fantastic volcanic scenery. Car hire is very competitive and is recommended as an ideal way to explore its hidden treasures.
The beautiful marina and wonderful restaurants of Puerto Calero are approximately a 10 minute drive away although, for the more energetic types, this can be reached on foot by taking the coastal path with stunning scenery and wildlife. The recently constructed pathway starts in the Old Town Harbour and takes you directly into the heart of the Puerto Calero Harbour bars and restaurants.
The apartment is close to all the shops, bars, restaurants, banks and amenities. Just a few minutes walk to the Old Town you will find the Biosfera Plaza Centre with its lovely variety of shops bars and cafes. If you walk down from the Biosfera you will come to the Old Town Harbour with its abundance of fresh fish restaurants and bars.

Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate varying changeover dates, this cannot be guaranteed. We will however be as flexible as possible.

For guests departing with late flights it may be possible to use the apartment up to your departure time for the airport. If this can be arranged the additional cost for extended use £30.

The combined air conditioning/heating units in both bedrooms are metered. Outside: This spacious and newly refurbished 1st floor apartment with private South facing sun terrace has its own sunbeds, privacy netting, retractable wall mounted sun blind and BBQ. Patio furniture is also provided for you to enjoy a nice glass of Canarian wine and alfresco dining. Both bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning/heating units. The shared pool is heated for the slightly cooler winter months and is surrounded by sunbathing terraces. The whole complex, comprising just 35 apartments, is secure and fully fenced with a coded gate access. This offers an ideal and relaxing environment for families with young children. There is a reception office (open most mornings) where you can purchase water and arrange taxi transfers to the airport at the end of your stay. Wi-Fi access is also available. For those wishing to hire a car there is ample safe parking immediately outside the complex main gates. The car parking area can also be seen with ease from the apartment. Utility Room: There is an on-site shared washing room facility with a coin operated automatic washing machine. The cost is €4 and includes wash/fabric softener tablets. This facility is available 24 hours a day. Iron and ironing board are provided in the apartment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Hand and bath towels are supplied (not beach towels). On an 8 - 10 day stay a mid stay bedding and towels change is carried out. For a 14 day stay there is a mid stay clean plus the towels and bedding are changed. Please supply your own beach towels. Other: The apartment is accessed from the rear door that leads into a large spacious and naturally lit hallway. There is a safe in the property for securing your currency, passport and other valuables during your stay. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
