Built in approx 2000, refurbished and redecorated to the highest standard very recently, this ground floor duplex apartment offers spacious light accommodation and is air conditioned throughout. The landscaped gardens offer peaceful tranquility after a busy sporting day. Perfectly located opposite the tennis centre and right in the heart if the club with many restaurants and bars so close to your front door, it is the only place to stay! The apartment is equipped to the highest of standards and has toys, high chair and large cot, many DVD’s, English beds and comfortable sofas. 42" wall mounted t. V, In fact everything to make your holiday as special as possible. The terrace has afternoon and evening sun and has a large gas BBQ, rattan sofas, table and chairs and is only metres from the large swimming pool with sun loungers to enjoy the all year round sunny climate.

About The Owner

Carolyn and Geoff- We purchased our property in 2009 after visiting La Manga Club every year for 18 years. We had never been to see Hacienda del golf but on deciding to buy in the club we visited approx 7 of the communities and Hacienda was for us the only place to buy as it has large accommodation, beautiful swimming pool with landscaped gardens, we have two teenage children who want to be independent and walk to the tennis, shops, restaurants and nightclub. I am very happy to let them wander round even late at night because of the 24 hour security. This means we can go and play our golf and we have very happy kids doing what they want to do!

Why The Owner chose Murcia - Costa Calida

La Manga club has everything for all ages, it is relaxing just sitting round the pool or on your garden area next to the terrace or for the more active amongst you there is so many sporting activities right on your door step. The younger children can join the organized clubs, while the older ones can walk to any activity of their choice. Hacienda is up a quiet cul de sac only meters from the tennis club and huge oasis pool which many of the youngsters go to meet with others of their own age.

Once you have stayed in Hacienda you will not want to stay anywhere else.

What makes this apartment unique

There are so many benefits of staying in our apartment. We have tried to make it 5* even though people have said we are silly to do this as we do rent it out but we feel that if the furniture etc is all beautiful quality then people we rent to will respect it. Let’s hope so. We have also left DVD’s, games etc as this will all add to the quality of your holiday. English beds and pillows are for me a big comfort factor and wall mounted TV as also nice to have.

We have had a wonderful stay at La Manga. Our town house in Hacienda Del Golf was perfect, a real home away from home (Carolyn, the owner is lovely and very informative and helpful via email) A large box of toys came in very useful for our toddler and kept her amused for hours on end. The accommodation had everything we could possibly require and more. Very spacious and comfortable. We will be back again and again. A great holiday in a fabulous resort!

Notes on accommodation: The apartment has marble floors throughout. We have refurbished it to a high standard and have shipped everything from England so that the quality was assured. There is underground parking for two cars. Outside: There is a large freeform swimming pool located metres from your ground floor terrace and within the landscaped garden of Hacienda del golf. The large double terrace has rattan seating for 6 and two rattan sofas. There are sun beds on the terrace and communal sun beds by the pool. Utility Room: Great for storage. Washer-dryer. Extra sink. Ironing board. There is a pull trolley and golf bags (with some clubs) which you are welcome to use. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen for 4 people is included in the price.If you require clean linen or the apartment to be cleaned during your stay there will be a charge. Other: Dining Area with table and 6 chairs. D.V.D.'s, books and games. There is rattan sofas and table and 6 chairs on the terrace. Large bar-b-que.

Lovely La Manga Apartment

A gem at the heart of La Manga

What a peaceful, well equipped home at the centre of La Manga resort. The location is perfect and the apartment is very comfortable, offering every convenience we are used to at home. The owners were very accommodating over our terrible flight times and for that we are very grateful I would recommend this home as an ideal get away for golfers, swimmers, tennis players and sun worshippers of all ages. We had a superb time and will hopefully be able to return before too long. First class!!! :)
