8 Primrose Court is a beautiful, well equipped apartment ideally located on Porthminster beach, overlooking the sea with views out to the harbour. It has the benefit of a parking space and is within 5 minutes walk of St Ives town centre.

Newly refurbished for 2016, the refreshed modern apartment is the perfect getaway to explore this beautiful part of the country.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, with an en-suite and a main bathroom, plus an open plan living and dining room with a modern, well-equipped kitchen.

A large balcony overlooking the sea can be accessed from the living room as well as directly from the main bedroom. There's nothing nicer than a meal or a glass of wine, sat outside on the balcony, overlooking the sea....

About the Owner

We have visited St Ives and Cornwall for years - and love it so much that we decided to buy this beautiful apartment right on Porthminster beach.

We particularly enjoy the friendly and vibrant atmosphere that the town, pubs and multiple restaurants offer - and in particular love the numerous beautiful beaches where our Dalmation Lucky loves to chase seagulls as we walk along!

Work means that home is in Surrey, but one day we would love to fulfil our dreams and move to St Ives on a more permanent basis!

Pleasant and quiet stay in newly refurbished apartment with stunning sea view

I had a great week in this recently refurbished apartment. It is equipped with everything you need from dishwasher to microwave. Also very stable wifi. Lovely to sit on the balcony with a great view overlooking Porthminster Beach. Very easy and pleasant communication with the owners. I would go back any time!

Fantastic apartment - Ideally located overlooking Porthminster Beach

Lovely property that has been renovated to a very high standard. Immaculate inside with high end bedding, towels, furniture and fittings.

Great view over Porthminster Beach and to the harbour in the distance.

We have been visting St Ives since the early 70's and I cant recall staying in the same property for a second time.

However, we would certainly stay here again.

Short walk (10 mins) into town. We enjoyed the St Ives Blues week - live music in the local pubs.

wonderful apartment with amazing views

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment, and are already looking forward to returning. The apartment is in a fantastic location with spectacular views over St Ives Bay and Porthminster Beach. It is clean, well equipped and very spacious, and the patio furniture made the balcony a wonderful place to sit in the morning to enjoy a cup of tea and then in the evening with a glass of wine watching the sunset. Thanks very much to Matt for helping us organise our stay.

Amazing apartment with amazing views

Our 5th time in this fab apartment, fully equipped with everything you could need or want, and new patio furniture excellent for spending hours just looking at the view. And this year blessed with wall to wall blue skies, like being abroad but better!

Beautiful apartment & excellent location

We have just returned from a lovely week in St Ives following a second visit to 8 Primrose Court. Beautiful apartment excellent facilities and very close to the beach and St Ives.

Spent every day on Porthminster beach which is a 2 minute walk no need to use a car as close to all the restaurants shops & coffee shops of St Ives. Will definitely be going back.
