Apartment is corner ground floor and provides the largest floor area of any apartment in the development. It has full reverse air-con/heating and comprises of 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 further double bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds), family bathroom with shower, large open plan lounge and dining area, kitchen, laundry room, front patio including furniture, rear patio (overlooking pool including furniture and 5m roll out sun awning), 4 sun loungers. Apartment has a private underground car park space directly underneath which is next to the lifts. The furniture and fit out was from the Marks & Spencer Home Range. All the kitchen appliances are Bosch - Fridge, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine. LCD TV and DVD are Panasonic & Nintendo Wii & games. Childs travel cot including bedding is provided.

I have had property in Denia for over 25 years and each year I still enjoy visiting as much as ever.
I am generally in Denia for all the normal holiday periods and therefore available if needed to show people round Denia or if there are any problems which occur during peoples holidays as my own personal property is less than 400yds from the ones listed on the website so I am always nearby.

Being so close to the Real Club Nautico Denia, and the Denia Marina, sailing and all water sports are available. The area is also ideal for cycling both road and mountain biking, with plenty of varied hill climbs. Contact us for further information on cycling and bike rental. The area is also spectacular for walking.
Our Denia Apartment is ideally situated on Spain's cosmopolitan Costa Blanca coast between Valencia and Alicante. Only 100m from the beach, 400m from the new Marina De Denia and less than half a mile mile walk to the main street of Denia. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket 200m from the apartments so everything you need is right on your doorstep. Please see website for further details.
Denia town centres is only 5 minutes walk Ondara and the AP-7 motorway junction is only 8 km. From here its 1 hours drive to Alicante airport and 1 hour 10 minutes to Valencia airport, rental cars are available at both airports including oneway rental from Europcar from the airport to there office in Denia. Driving to the area from the UK, the northern Spanish port of Santander is only 6 ½ hours drive away.
Almost exactly in between Valencia and Alicante, means that our apartment in Denia is only about 60 miles from both Valencia and Alicante airports. Apartment is only 100m from the beach, 400m from the new Marina De Denia and the main street of Denia is less than half a mile walk. Shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket are 200m from the apartments so everything you need is right on your doorstep.
Denia has almost twenty kilometres of coastline. To the north of the town, there are beaches of fine sand and shallow waters such as Les Marines, Lalmadrava, Les Deveses, Les Bovetes and els Palmars. To the south lies a series of small coves along the rocky coast, known as Les Rotes, which is a paradise for fishermen and divers. The Montg? Mountain, shared by Denia and Javea, is the major landmark of the area.
Denia has some of the most varied beaches on the Costa Blanca, from sheltered coves to beautiful golden sandy beaches.
Water sports are tops in Denia. Sailing, windsurfing, diving, fishing, rowing, swimming or whatever you want. Denia has a complete infrastructure, with a marina offering 546 moorings and a full range of services and equipment. Landlubbers also have an extensive range of activities to choose from: mountain climbing or hang-gliding, mountain biking or hiking. Theres also an 18-hole golf club in the vicinity, the Club La Sella, designed by Jos? Maria Olazabal.
The town sits at the foot of a hill crowned by a castle, a fortress containing the remains of all the people that once paused here on their way through history. The castle is the residence of the erstwhile Marquis of Denia, and of note are the Mig, Galliner and Carsell towers, and the so-called Palace of the Governor, as well as its walls and bastions. From the hilltop esplanade youll have an excellent view of Denia and its environs. Among the monuments in the town, we would recommend a visit to the 18th-century church of the Asunci?n; the 17th-century Atarazanas (dockyards); the cloister and church of San Antonio and the 18th -century, neoclassical town hall building. Outside the town we can suggest the so-called hermitages of the conquest- Sant Joan (gothic), Santa Paula and Santa Luc?a (gothic), constructed in the 14th and 15th centuries, and also the Torre del Gerro (17th C.) located in the cliff next to the cape of San Antonio.

The rear patio also has a five metre roll out sun awning, four sun loungers and overlooks the pool. Utility Room: The utility room is equipped with sink, Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided.
