A very nice comfortable villa, ideal for single couples with up to 2 kids. Lovely location and spectacular views. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 10 x 5 pool, fully equipped with AC and TV. Lovely views down the valley, walking distance to restaurants and bars, and walking distance to the village of Benidoleig, where you can find all the basic amenities. Also easy to find as you are only 8 km from Ondara with the AP7 motorway junction and just 20 min from the coastal town of Denia.

Notes on accommodation: If you are are only 2 or 4 people why book a large property when you can have a two bedroom property for half the price. Outside: The villa apartment is located in a large villa, the rest of the property is used by the owners but never when it is rented. The garden is well planted and you have a large covered terrace area with comfortable sofa seating, plus ample seating area by the pool. Utility Room: The utility store room has a washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Prices include weekly clean and clean laundry, bathroom towels and beach towels. Let us know what you need and we can arrange it for you. Welcome food pack is also provided and if you require a full shop just send us your shopping list! Other: Please note that the property is on a slope and steps are required for access, the upstairs part of the villa is the owners private villa and what is rented is the downstairs guest apartment. The owner is not present when the guest apartment is rented.

STUNNING!!

In a word:- STUNNING!!

We (husband, myself & daughter) spent 2 totally relaxing weeks in the villa and could not fault a thing.

The view from the naya has to be seen to be believed and the private pool gets the sun all day long.

We were a little concerned at the low cost of the rental - "You get what you pay for" but we were amazed at the value!

The villa is immaculately clean, very efficient Air Con and is beautifully furnished. Yes, the kitchen is a little basic but who spends their holidays in the kitchen?

Everything we needed was supplied including a fantastic "welcome pack" of food & wine and even bbq fuel!

As promised the villa is a very short walk to the local bar/restaurant and is only 10 minutes walk into the village to the supermarket and more bars & restaurants. However, It is definitely NOT for anyone with restricted mobility as the walk back up to the villa is not the easiest!! Still, to have such a spectacular view is worth every ache!

Highly recommended for a completely laid back, relaxing break

This area is ideal for cycling both road and mountain biking, with plenty of varied hill climbs. One of the neighbours offers professional cycling and training holidays. Contact us for further information on cycling and bike rental. The area is also spectacular for walking.

Free use of all weather tennis court for all guests.

Coast/Beach:

You can see the coast from the villa but you will need to take the car to get there. Oliva beach with its famous Oliva-Ba-Ba beach bar is only 15 minutes easy drive away, as are the beaches of Denia. The town of Denia and yacht clubs are only 20 minutes drive away and a little further away is Javea with its famous Arenal cove, plus the picturesque coves of Granadella and Playa del Embolo.

Travel:

The village of Benidoleig is only 8 minutes drive away (8km) is the Ondara motorway junction (AP-7). From here its and easy 1 hours drive to Alicante airport and 1 hour 10 minutes to Valencia airport, rental cars are available at both airports. We also offer an airport pick up service for € 90. If you are a party of 5 + people you may find it cheaper to just rent one car. Driving to the area from the UK, the northern Spanish port of Santander is only 6.5 hours drive away.

Around Benidoleig:

Benidoleig feels the closeness of the sea but at the same time is ruled by an ancestral presence, for the landscape is dominated by the sight of an impressive mountain range the Sierra de Segaria. Surrounded by countryside with orange and lemon groves, almonds, cherries and of course olives. Then the backdrop, the sparkling Mediterranean sea.

Benidoleig is situated between Pedreguer and Orba. It boasts a magnificent natural cave with its stalacmites and stalactites at a length of more than 300 yards.

There are walking and biking trails crossing the countryside to the summit of the Segaria and Seguili mountain range.

There is a well stocked supermarket, local shops where you will find a panaderia for your fresh baked bread, bars and excellent restaurants in the village Also there is a Bank where you can withdraw cash.

Local places to visit:

The villa is situated a 15 minute drive to the stunning beaches of Denia or Javea. Here you can enjoy sailing, and other water sports. If you drive 15 minutes inland you will find the Orba and Jalon Valleys where you can explore the winding streets with the typically Spanish white washed houses. You could sample the locally produced wines including the famous Moscatel at the local bodegas.

The Costa Blanca is a very popular region with visitors. Benidorm is an excellent choice for wonderful sandy beaches and vibrant night life. There is an Aquapark nearby Terra Mitica and for a night out visit Benidorm Palace. A 15 minute drive away is El Vergal safari park a good day out for any age Anyone for golf? Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella golf course are a short drive away. Trains run between Valencia and Gandia, or a one hour drive will take you to Valencia the region’s capital. This stunning city is a must to visit, wether it be museums or the oceanographic or just shop till you drop ( into the nearest tapas bar!) Well you have to experience the Spanish way of life!

We are very flexible on change over days, please feel free to book any day of the week as we understand that the traditional Saturday arrivals can be subject to much more expensive flights.
