An ideal and affordable rental for a couple or a family with children, this residence with a modern, practical decor will appeal to the discriminating tourist.

While designed and ideal for 2 guests, the suite will accommodate comfortably 2 additional children or even adults by using the sofa beds in the living room.

Bedding and towels are supplied. The semi-private bedroom is simple in design with pleasant greens and blues, with a quality mattress for a comfortable and relaxing night sleep.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen is built around functionality. The counter-top stove is complemented by a microwave oven. The glass top dining room table can be your comfortable dining table or your food preparation space.

There is a washing machine in the bathroom and all required equipment for a convenient stay is at hand. A mid week towel change and light maid service is available for a small fee.

Enjoy international television channels via cable as well as wireless high speed internet access.

About Ray

When you live in Canada, you need to be chasing the sun and warmth at any opportunity.

Portugal is one of the handful of countries I really enjoy spending some time every year.

The choice of Portugal fits with all of the attributes I look for in an holiday abroad such as being friendly, safe and modern in addition to being affordable with good weather and food. Culture, history and beauty are other factors I consider.

I like it so much that I have purchased accommodations for myself when visiting and to make them available to other visitors for the remainder of the year.

Quarteira (Search Property Ref:P8522) and Vilamoura (Search Property Ref:P14562) in central Algarve were chosen due to its proximity to the airport and the highways heading to Lisbon and its great beaches and surroundi

Why Ray chose Quarteira

As I mentioned above, Portugal is one of a handful of countries that our family choose to spend part of the year. Quarteira is the location of one of the residences I stay when visiting this beautiful country in the Winter months. I like its simplicity, convenience and location. With supermarkets and the daily fish and vegetable market very close by and the peaceful but colorful environment created by all the foreigners spending part of their winter there.

Your suite is located within 100 m of one of the more desired areas of the long beach of Quarteira. Walk to be beach in your swimming clothes.

Travel:

Main Airport is Faro International.

Its located at about 30 kms from residence.

A taxi fair is around 30 Euros.

While not necessary, renting an automobile is optional, should you choose to visit the region.

You will be able to walk to most of the local stores, restaurants and other services as well as to the beach. Renting an automobile is optional, should you choose to visit the region.

Quarteira is known for the sun, the beaches and the people. It is as well an exceptional town to spend some leisure time in the fall and winter.

A frequent destination for retirees, seniors and those looking for relaxation by the sea in a moderate winter climate and in a very friendly and safe town. We welcome monthly rentals in the fall and winter. These are offered at a very reasonable rate.

All essential amenities are available within walking distance of this clean, open concept studio located on private condominium building with 2 lifts. Bright and spacious, with wall to wall windows, it offers you an unobstructed view of the main avenue of Quarteira. This condominium building is located in a most desirable area of this beautiful city by the sea, a short walk to quality supermarkets, daily market, a pharmacy and take-out or dine-in restaurants. Look down the street to take a peek at the beach; it's about 100m away. Throughout the Summer you will discover many local events, outdoor shows, art expos, theater and an enjoyable tourist atmosphere while strolling the beautiful streets and boulevards by the sea. Walk to the Vilamoura Marina Complex along the coast (less than 1.5 km) or just walk down to beach for a stroll past the many specialty restaurants, ice cream shops, bars and interesting stores and activities. Outside: While there is no outdoor space in this apartment, because of its location, once you step out of the building, you will have just a few steps away, outdoor cafes, a plaza with small garden and benches, a large treed avenue to walk along and of course the boulevard by the sea where you will most likely find yourself walking it up and down often enjoying all of its activity in the Summer or the sun and its quietness in the Winter. Lovely Apartment

Lovely little apartment.Clean and tidy.Has everything you will need for your stay.Easy transactions and communication from start to finish.A very short walk to beach and supermarket.Plenty of resturants,cafe and shops.We had a great time here.The only fault was we had a little trouble with main entrence door lock.We will go back and use this apartment again.

A lovely apartment

Thought it would be rather small but found it was excellent for what we wanted, in a very central position with supermarket 20 metres from front door. Odett was very helpful when we got mixed up in the Monarch collapse and assured us there would be no problem fom accomodation side.

Home away from home

This is our 3rd visit to this apartment and I'm in no doubt it will not be our last . The apartment is centrally located handy to the beach 50 meters away and bus station 100 meters away . The apartment is spotless and furnished beautifully and is well looked after. Quiterria is a fantastic place to visit with its beautiful beaches and choices of restaurants. We can't wait to return as it feels like a home away from home

3rd Year For Perfect Location Apartment

Our 3rd year staying at Ray's apartment in Quarteira and once again everything was perfect.

A well maintained apartment in a superb location just steps from the beach, restaurants and shops. As always Odett is on hand if you have any questions. We wouldn't book anywhere else!

Another wonderfull stay

This was our 3rd stay at this apartment. Sofa beds have been replaced with fantastic new ones and are very comfortable. Unfortunatly we cant make it back next year but hoping to return the year after. Close to the beach,shopping and the bars, fully air con'd and has everything you need. Ray is fantastic to communicate with and very helpfull. We would highly recommend using this apartment .. Thanks Ray :-)

Perfect holiday property

I would highly recommend this property both for apartment and location. The owner and Odette who met us on arrival could not have more accommodating from time of booking to when we went home, allowing us to check out late due to having an evening flight. The apartment was of high quality and comfortable and was perfect for our needs. Location to beach and restaurants could not have been any better and would stay again without hesitation.
