Villa in Marbesa, Las Chapas, Marbella, Costa Del Sol, Spain - Located 3 Minute Walk From The Beach

Individual beach house. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms villa peacefully tucked away in this select urbanisation. Think Coastal Chic!! The villa is beautifully furnished to a high standard. Calming blues and whites all contribute to the cheery coastal flavour evident throughout and has a secluded garden with a barbecue. Air-conditioned and heated. All linen and towels provided including beach towels. Marbesa has a beautiful unspoilt beach which is popular with visitors but still remains uncrowded. Beach bars can be found along the beach for sunbathers to enjoy some food and drink whilst relaxing in the sun. Watersports in the form of jet skiing, surfing and sailing can be found nearby. Within Marbesa resort itself you will find plenty of cafe's bars and restaurants where you will find traditional Spanish cuisine such as seafood, tapas and tortillas, alongside International dishes. A selection of fantastic Spanish and International wines and beers can also be enjoyed. Nightlife in the resort is fairly quiet, the main premise of a night out in Marbesa is to take a walk along the quiet streets and stop for a bite to eat or something to drink. For those who wish to dance until dawn, nearby Marbella has many lively bars, discos and live entertainment.

My husband and I retired from our business and moved to inland Southern Spain 5 years ago to be close to our daughter. She married a Spaniard 12 years ago and we have a grandson, Brandon and a Granddaughter, Alexia. It has been a wonderful move for us and we have happily settled into the Spanish way of life. Having a Spanish son-in-law has enabled us to integrate with the Spanish people and we enjoy the sunshine and the way of life and friends that we have made here. Living just 15 minutes away from the villa means it is always freshly prepared and we are there to greet guests when they arrive. After only recently been made available for holiday rentals, we look forward to sharing this lovely area!

Wonderful stay at a lovely beach house

We had a great stay at the beachside villa this summer. The house is clean, well equipped and well maintained, and we really appreciated having the beach toys available for our daughter. The beach is just around the corner and there are some lovely beach bars and restaurants nearby.

The area is full of lovely beach villas, so it is quiet, relaxed and beautiful.

Barbara and her husband made us feel really welcome, we would definitely stay there again and also recommend the house to friends and family!

A really relaxing stay at the lovely Beach House

My wife and I had a really relaxing and enjoyable time at the Beach House . Barbara and her husband gave us a really warm welcome , we arrived late and the welcome pack they had left was greatly appreciated. The Beach House is in a great position , less than 50 metres from the sea. It was spotlessly clean , really well equipped and the furnishings / decorations really tasteful . We spent a lot of time relaxing in the sunny garden , it had lots of places to sit and it was sheltered from wind . There is good choice of nice restaurants / beach bars close by and we particularly enjoyed the walks on the beach/boardwalk into Cabopino. Also it is less than 15 minutes drive into Marbella.

We had a great time and we hope to return soon

lovely nautical villa

Everything you could need whilst on holiday. I'm still here and dont want to go home its been a lovely week. So close to the beach and restaurants. We love Rama and Club 200. Will be back soon. Thanks to Barbara for everything as well!!

Simply wonderful...keep it to yourself!

My wife and I booked a 10 day stay at the Beach House looking for a relaxing break, some time to unwind and spend some quality time together. We got much more than we could have even hoped for. The Beach House is finished to a high standard. It is located just 2 minutes (if that) walk from the beach in the peaceful urbanisation of Marbesa. You have the convenience of local bus routes, a supermarket and other amenities and some fabulous local restaurants. We were regulars at Le Papillon for lunch and dinner and RAMA has a superb hot stone steak dish for two, which was to die for! The weather was fantastic, but it was the quite unique combination of tranquil setting and local convenience that made it a perfect holiday for us. High speed wifi meant that, on the odd occasion where I needed to work, or my wife needed to boast of our latest restaurant adventure or round of golf on Facebook, we could do that too! Breakfast on the patio, evenings reading our books, strolls on the beach, golf at any one of the numerous nearby course and day trips to Puerto Banus. What more could you ask for?! We would highly recommend the Beach House and in fact have immediately booked again for October this year. It is a place we were sad to leave behind. Thanks to Barbara for looking after us so well!

Fantastic house in superb location

The house in 1 minute from the beach, for great walks and some outstanding food in the beach bars, especially Club 200, Rama and Papillion. If walking to Cabopino port there is plenty of restaurants to choose from, La Dispensa being one of the best and it's only 8 euro back to the house in a taxi from port.

For venturing further afield Marbella and Fuengirola are half hour away each and bus runs every half hour.

The house is tastefully decorated and equipped with all facilities and wifi, you really only need your clothes and toiletries.

Fantastic holiday had by all 4 of us 😎

Excellent holiday home

Lovely house in a very pretty area close to the beach. The house is well equipped with everything you need, very clean and comfortable, the owner Barbara was welcoming and very helpful. Had good weather for our visit in January, would definitely recommend a stay here.

Activity and Interests


Just a 3 minute walk to the beach where loungers and sunshades are available to rent from the nearby restaurant if needed, but we do have small beach chairs available at the cottage for our guests to use. A new coastal walkway has been built which enables energetic guests to walk the lovely beaches which link Marbesa all the way to Marbella


Malaga Airport is approx 35 mins drive. Car Hire is available from all major Car Hire Companies at the Airport, or can be arranged locally if preferred. We would be happy to enquire about this for you prior to your arrival. A collection Service can be arranged to collect you from the Airport at a small charge for daytime flights only.


A visit to Granada and the Alhambra Palace is highly recommended as is the beautiful and historic city of Cordoba now easily accessible on the new High Speed train Service from Malaga. Both can be enjoyed on a day trip and are highly recommended. Marbella and the Historic City of Malaga are all worth a visit. There are various tours available from local Travel Agents if preferred

Further Details:

The resort has several supermarkets within the vicinity, however good shopping opportunities start within walking distance to the nearby Elviria shopping centres. Here you will find a myriad of shops where you can purchase jewellery, clothing,ceramics, pottery and great gifts as authentic Spanish souvenirs. For shopaholics, a short hop from Elviria to Marbella's Golden Mile will mean a chance to shop at some of the most exclusive (and expensive) boutiques in the Costa del Sol.

Prices are per week in English Pounds by bank transfer or can be in Euros if preferred and at the exchange rate at the time of payments. A security deposit of 200 Pounds is also requested per rental to be paid with the balance to cover any damage, breakages, etc. This amount will be refunded in part or full within 5 days after your departure, providing no major damages occur. Bookings for longer periods during Nov - April at special rates are available on request.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are on Saturdays during peak seasons. Arrival times are after 4pm and Departure must be before 10 am unless prior arrangements have been made with us and will depend on incoming guests. Please ask about other arrival days at off peak times

Notes on prices:
There is a minimum rental charge of 200 pounds for stays of less than 7 nights during the off peak season.

However, for your comfort we would prefer to restrict accommodation to 4 people if possible. Outside: The mediterranean style garden is both private and secluded. There is a shaded area with tables and chairs and loungers are available to relax with a glass of wine after a day on the beach. This is a real sun trap in either summer or winter!
