Beautiful, large beach-side apartment situated in the best urbanisation of Central Marbella, along the Paseo Maritimo, between the Dom Pepe Hotel and the Marbella Beach Club. It is stylishly decorated with two good sized rooms and a terrace for outdoor living and al-fresco dining.The apartment is set in tropical gardens, with a pool and leading to the beach. It is quiet and peaceful with practically everything at your doorstep. The apartment is south and east facing allowing long hours of winter sunshine as well. Electricity is included in the price.

An amazing apartment!

This was definitely one of the best places I have stayed on a holiday. The owners were incredibly helpful and the apartment was immaculate. It is set in a great location right by the beach and has lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance (if you like sushi/Thai food, Tahini is a short walk away and was the best sushi I have ever had!) The pool was lovely and never too crowded and the private garden area was lovely for when we wanted to have meals in and enjoy the evening sun.

All in all an amazing holiday and I would definitely like to return at some point in the future!

An Amazing place!

This apartment was absolutely amazing in every way, a total gem and we were so happy to be able to stay here. The owners were so helpful, always at the end of an email or phone and kept in contact regularly. The property is located just beside the beach in an beautiful urbanisation. It is beautifully decorated, spacious and perfect if you have young children as it is on the ground floor and has a magical little garden where kids can play hide and seek. There are two great bedrooms, one which opens on to a gorgeous terrace and two beautiful bathrooms. A maid comes every week which is all included in the price, decadence! The pool and the beach are a very short stroll away and are just beautiful. Pool is 1m 30 cm to 2m approx. We had a very comfortable stay and can't wait to get back again! Thanks so much Susie for the wonderful stay, it's a little bit of paradise which brought us great joy for two weeks.

Peaceful Location

We stayed at the apartment End April 2014 and had a delightful time. The apartment is very attractive, spacious and well laid out. Especially nice is the peaceful & tranquil terrace which is laid out like an outside living room. It remained warm in the evenings and we spent nearly all our evening there, sipping wine. It is in a lovely and well kept complex with beautiful and colourful gardens. The communal pool is also excellent and we had it to ourselves most days. The apartment is also in a very good position being quiet and peaceful day & night, but still within easy walking distance of all that Marbella offers. We have already booked to go back next year.

Marbella Magic

It was such a joy to find this comfortably chic apartment just off Marbella's Golden Mile.

It is totally as advertised with every facility, most importantly for us comfortable beds with good quality cotton bedding, large accommodating sofas and a beautiful south facing yet shady private terrace and gardens.

An easy short walk through the beautifully maintained gardens and we were strolling on the wonderful sea front promenade, with it's excellent bars and restaurants

We found the adjacent private parking very useful, although a car is not strictly necessary as there are good supermarkets nearby.

Susie, the owner, was very helpful and provided all the information we required regarding the apartment, she was also readily available by email during our stay.

We have already booked for more Marbella magic next year.

lFirstly let it be said that the best way for us to open our review on this accommodation is by stating that it must be rated in the top three properties that we have ever had the pleasure staying in. This quote is being made after our fourth year of experience in this particular accommodation

We have found during this period that our negotiations with Sue and Biddu who's Marbella home this is, have been at all times direct, helpful, courteous and above all friendly, nothing has been to much trouble for them.

We must also mention that we have been visiting Marbella Town for the past thirty years so this fact alone I believe puts our opening comments into some kind perspective.

So what makes this particular property so high on our tick list , just at the start Marbella's "Golden Mile" That has easy access to all ones requirements i.e, shop's, excellent choice of restaurants with the beach only 200 yards from your front door and whilst a car is an asset it is certainly not a must as there are bus stops near to hand making places like Porte Banus, San Pedro etc., easily accessible. Plus the fact that it only takes twenty minutes to walk into Marbella Centre, Orange Square.

As for the property itself !!! It has to be appraised as having all the needs that anyone could wish for, from the very high standards of fixtures and fittings, to the bedrooms which are very spacious, light and airy, both having their own "en suites" The very large Lounge/Dining room that leads onto to what we both consider the hub of the property the "terrace" where we must admit to spending most of our time, breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a possible small aperitif in the evening. This much used area overlooks a small but well maintained private garden. With a kitchen which has all that is needed to adequately service these area's which manages to produce an overall end result that makes one feel fully relaxed on holiday and at home.

We could continue to extoll all the plus's of this peaceful haven in the middle of Marbella but we shall resist. On having presented all the virtues of this accommodation there has there has to be a downside. However on this occasion we can honestly say we have yet to find any, unless it is the restriction of the time one can spend in "Paradise"

So if a decision is made to take a holiday at Sue And Biddu's home in Marbella an only hope that your experience will be as enjoyable as our's.

Marbella has the best weather in Europe. Fabulous infrastructure and a great place to spend your holidays.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 45 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Marbella at 100 Metres


The beach is about 120 metres from the apartment, through the gardens of the urbanisation. The Paseo is extremely popular for it's walkway and cafes and shops a few hundred metres away. There are cafes or chiringitas along the beach front that serve wonderful fresh fish and other sea-foods.

There are three supermarkets within walking distance.


Malaga is the nearest airport . Approximately 42 kilometres away. There are two motor ways leading to Marbella and the journey usually takes about 45 minutes.


There are numerous 'white villages' near Marbella. Mondo and Ohen are about twelve to fifteen kilometres away. Puerto Banus is a ten minute drive away. Gibraltar is fifty minutes away and one has to say the infra structure of motorways in Southern Spain is very impressive.

Further Details:

The Orange Square in the heart of Old Marbella is a fifteen minute walk away. It is a great place to amble around with tons of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Outside: The lovely patio which is arranged like a living room, has awnings making it suitable to sit outside in the mornings, afternoons and since it is quite romantically lit, well into the evening. There is a second dining area on the patio and the whole looks on to the private garden, which looks onto the urbanisation gardens with the sea beyond that. It is south and east facing hence catches the winter sun as well. Utility Room: Hoover and general cleaning equipment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included and there is a once a week maid service. The gardener also comes in once a week.
