N.B - We can accommodate short breaks. These generally start or finish on a Saturday, however it is always worth a quick email.
The apartment is located on the top floor with a balcony offering stunning views of Morzine and the Pleney slops. Located close to the center of Morzine with just a short 5 minute stroll down to the village and ski lifts. The apartment has all the facilities to provide an excellent home from home holiday. Snow permitting is also possible to ski to within 50 meters of the front door. Car parking available together with storage facilities for skis.
The main bedroom consists of a double bed with a TV/DVD player, wardrobe & cest of drawers. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed, together with a double wardrobe. The bottom bunk and single bed are adequate for adults.
The lounge consists of two sofa, one of which is a sofa bed TV, DVD and video player. A selection of DVD's and Videos are available. TV transmits English channels.
Hi, My wife and I have been returning to Morzine for over 10 years and finally in 2006 decided to take the plunge and purchase an apartment. We regularly use the apartment ourselves in both summer and winter months and never get tired of all the activities on offer. The apartment wasn't our only addition in 2006 as our daughter was also born that year. She's now 9 and loves Morzine and "our home in France" She has already been on the parc adventure and loves horse riding around the lake in Les Gets and in Morzine.

Morzine and the surroundings areas really do have it all. The Portes Du Soleil is one of the largest ski areas in the world. We have been skiing here every year for over 10 years and still haven't managed to ski all of it. During the summer months the mountains are stunning and if your lucky enough to be in the village when "le tour" passes through then the place is really buzzing.
There are plenty of activities for both adults and children in both the Winter and Summer months. Or you can simply relax on the balcony watching the world and the parascenders float by.
The location of the apartment was a great attraction to us as it only takes 5 minutes to walk in to the center of town and is just far enough away from the hustle of the town center. The apartment itself is on the top floor with a balcony offering stunning views of Morzine itself, which really sold it to us. As we regularly use the apartment ourselves we try and have all the facilities that one would expect in an apartment and try to keep it as homely and comfortable as possible.

A nicely kept well equipped apartment. Lots of pans and ovenware for cooking. Convenient for lifts and shops. The wifi worked well. All in all a good apartment.

A 25% deposit will be required to confirm a booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before the holiday start date. Payment will be in UK pounds at the quoted rate. Please note that there will be an additional £250 security deposit required when paying the final balance which will be fully refunded if the property is left in a satisfactory condition.
For 2016/2017 the change over will be Saturday, however we will try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. Guests are requested to vacate the apartment by 10am. New guests can check in from 4pm.
