A 2 bedroom first floor apartment with side sea views, situated in Las Fuentes de Nerja, a tranquil urbanisation next to Torrecilla Beach in Nerja. This 75m2 apartment sleeps 4 persons comfortably. There is one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a twin room fitted with the same. Both have ceiling fans, as does the living room. The master bedroom opens out onto the spacious balcony/terrace which can also be accessed from the living room. The east facing terrace has morning sun and seating for 4 persons, perfect for breakfast before a day out exploring Nerja or just relaxing on a lounger on the beach. The living room has 2 brand new sofas, and TV with some news channels in various languages. Complimentary wifi included. There is a family bathroom with bath with overhead shower, sink and w.c. The separate spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a new fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. All kitchen utensils are also supplied, there is also an iron and ironing board provided. There are 2 radiators per apartment. Lift access up to property and there are various ramps around the complex for suitcases and disabled access. Beautiful communal year round swimming pool and gardens, just metres from Torrecilla Beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars etc. a hire car is not necessary.

The development overlooks the beach so is less than a minute´s walk to Torrecilla Beach. Here there is a nice promenade and some restaurants. There are various cove beaches next to Balcon de Europa, just a 5 minute stroll away. All along the coastline are small beaches, as well as the larger beaches with beach walks. Burriana Beach is the largest beach in Nerja, with an abundance of restaurants to suit all tastes. Further along at Torrox Costa - there is a 3km flat promenade with restaurants.


Malaga international airport is just 50km from Nerja. Granada and the Sierra Nevada is approx 100km. Driving from Malaga takes approx 40 minutes. A taxi costs 65 Euros per journey for 4 persons or 90 Euros for 5 persons. We can reserve this for you.


Frigiliana is an award winning white washed village which is 10km inland from Nerja, just 1 Euro on the bus and well worth a visit. Torrox - the larger town next to Nerja which has a lovely promenade. Maro is the adjoining village to Nerja and is home to the famous "Cuevas de Nerja" - Nerja caves, one of the top 3 tourist attractions in Spain. Malaga city centre is a thriving hub of culture, there is lots to do and see - museums, parks, marinas and of course has a dynamic mix of restaurants.

Further Details:

Nerja is well known for its charm and village feel. The Balcon de Europa and centre are just a few minutes walk from the urbanisation, where you will find an abundance of restaurants, tapas bars, boutiques etc. There is really something for everyone to enjoy here. It is an ideal location for families and couples alike. Most people who come to Nerja often return time and time again. We are very lucky to have such a high standard of restaurants serving an array of traditional Spanish, as well as international contemporary cuisine.

During the summer months, the shops and boutiques open later in the afternoon (approx 6pm onwards) and remain open until about 11pm at night so that you can shop for gifts and souvenirs whilst out in the evening.

There are plenty of bars serving Spanish beer and cocktails, and there is a separate area - Plaza Tutti Frutti, where all the late night bars, disco pubs and nightclubs are contained in one area.

The beaches are both clean and well maintained and there are many chiringuitos (beach restaurants) dotted along the coastline, ideal for sampling traditional local produce, fresh sardines and paella are specialities, accompanied by a jug of sangria or a crisp, refreshing white wine!

Banks are only open in the mornings, mainly from 08.30am - 14.00pm, however there are plenty of money exchange bureaus which usually offer the best rates - open mornings and afternoons. Most shops and businesses close for siesta, from 2pm onwards. Large supermarkets however are open all day, from 09.15am - 21.15pm, and they do open on Sundays for selected hours in the height of the summer season.

Changeover Day:
We are flexible on changeover day. Entry to the apartment is usually from 16.00pm onwards, when our office reopens after siesta, but please do ask if you are arriving earlier, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartments offer guests a very good standard of holiday accommodation and are designed to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. They all have marble floors throughout and granite worktops in the kitchens. Free to air satellite News channels in all apartments. Cots and high chairs are available to rent a cost of 18 Euros per week. WIFI in some apartments. We have more than one apartment to rent in the same complex, so please do ask even if you see the dates are booked. Outside: The complex consists of 3 low rise blocks, A, B & C, with a large communal pool located in front of block A. The pool is gated and there is a life guard on duty during the summer months. It has nice low steps going into it, so is perfect for paddling with little ones, or for just taking a quick refreshing dip for respite from the sunshine! The opening hours are signposted by the pool (they change throughout the year) There is an ample grassed area around the pool for sunbathing. There are fountains located between block B and C which is a feature of this development. The complex has a caretaker/gardener who looks after the complex beautifully. All apartments have terraces, the ground floor units also have a small garden, all have tables and chairs on the terraces for al fresco dining and sunbathing. Cleaning / Towels / Linen: Linen and towels for up to 4 persons are provided. Initial and final cleaning are included. Other: The terrace has a south-east facing aspect with morning sun, ideal for breakfast on the terrace before heading out for the day! The terrace can be accessed from the master bedroom as well as the living room, so feels nice and spacious. Seats 4 comfortably.
