About the property

Studio Apartment in Samoens, Haute Savoie, France - Central Location with Beautiful Mountain Views

Our spacious, 4th floor, studio apartment (mezzanine double bed with double sofa bed below) is situated in the beautiful, award winning (coq d'or historical site) Haute Savoie village of Samoens. We are located in the heart of the village on a side road off the cobbled streets of the main pedestrianised area. The balcony has stunning views of the village with its backdrop of the famous Le Criou mountainside. We spend many a relaxing evening on the balcony watching the setting sun turn Le Criou from pink to fiery orange. The building is in a traditional French Alpine style with lift access to the apartment. An agreement exists where by all residents will cease excessive music and TV noise by 10pm, ensuring a peaceful nights rest for all. A secure ski locker is provided with the apartment and parking is available outside the main entrance.

Perfect Base

  • 5 of 5

The apartment was the perfect base for our short break in Samoens. Everything we needed was in the apartment, it is so conveniently situated in the centre of the town and so offered the beauty of not having to get in our car but also it was in a quiet area at the foot of one of the mountain climbs.

Our correspondence with the owners was superb - professional, helpful and just very very nice people. We want to go back - for longer and we would not look for anywhere else. Beautiful area, fabulous lake/golf/cycling/park where you could easily spend a week. Truly stunning place. Thank you for a much needed break away. We will be back!
