Playa Flamenca is a lovely part of Spain, fantastic location as you are only a 8 min walk to the new shopping centre, (shop till you drop, the centre has some lovely shops) 5 min walk to the restaurants and bars and the Saturday market and a 15 min walk to the lovely family friendly Playa Flamenca beach. No car required, unless you want to explore more of Spain. The apartment has been newly decorated with a new modern sofa, display cabinet, headboards, bedside cabinets and dining table. New lovely bed linen, beach towels and bath towels. 32 inch flat screen TV. Satellite TV/Internet available free of charge. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge/diner & family bathroom. Situated in a small gated complex and has the benefit of having 2 pools which are very well maintained. PLEASE NOTE: In addition to the accommodation rates there is a charge of £30 per week for the air con/heating, and £50 for the final clean. Long term booking available.Book now for 2018.

There's a great Go-Kart track only a short walk away. Fun for ALL the family! There are Karts for all ages. There is a free customer pickup service available. Just give them a call and they will come and collect you.

Scubaworld is a small professional dive education centre, located in Playa Flamenca. The instructors of Scubaworld are associated with PADI. PADI(Professional Association of Diving Instructors) is the world’s greatest and leading organisation in recreational dive education.

Aquopolis only 20 mins drive. In AQUÓPOLIS TORREVIEJA you can allow yourself to go for the diversion, to dare with the biggest Swimming pool of Waves or to throw yourself for the vertiginous Kamikace, as well as to enjoy a renewed swimming pool of adventures.

Coast/Beach:

The stroll to Playa Flamenca beach takes only 15 mins.

Playa Flamenca (Size 150 metres) is one of the smaller and quieter beaches on the coast; an ideal spot for families.

La Zenia (Size 350 metres) The large beach in La Zenia can accommodate thousands of sun worshippers. You can play beach volleyball and there is a children's climbing frame.

Airports and Flight times:

San Javier (Murcia) is a 20 minute drive or Alicante a 40 minute drive to the apartment.

Alicante is the larger of the airports with a good selection of duty free goods.

Flight Time is approximately 2hrs from the UK.

Car hire recommended but this is not essential.

Airport Transfer Costs:

Alicante 55 euros each way for 4 people or Murcia 35 euros each way for 4 people.

Further Details:

Notes on accommodation: This apartment is suitable for families, couples and golfers. Off road parking is available for one car. Air-conditioned. Extremely secure. Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra cost. The apartment will be cleaned before you arrive, if you are staying more than one week and require cleaning of the apartment during your stay this will be charged as extra and arranged between you and our keyholders who you will pay directly. Outside: Terrace with 2 tables and 6 chairs, 2 excellent communal swimming pools set within well maintained landscaped gardens. 2 sun loungers are available. There is also a sports centre (8 min walk) from the apartment which has tennis courts and a heated indoor swimming pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath towels and linen are provided for your stay. The apartment is prepared/cleaned at start of your holiday. if you require extra cleaning or linen please mention when booking as this is extra. Other: Complimentary beach sunbeds and beach towels. Playa Flamenca holiday

The apartment was very nice. It was very clean and all the equipment you need for self catering. British tv was good with lots of channels. We found you need a car. It was very hot and the walk to the beach took us 25 minutes. The supermarket about 20 minutes. The bus didn't run frequently at all and every time we asked about them we were told not to rely on them. If you want entertainment in the evening then Cabo Roig is where it's at but you can't get there without a car or a taxi.

A most enjoyable winter stay

We stayed for six weeks beginning February,our first time in the area,and found the apartment ideally situated for restaurants,bars,beaches,shopping centres etc.It was well equipped with everything we required,clean,and nicely furnished.An added bonus was wifi and british television channels,and we felt the area was very safe,and everyone was friendly.We enjoyed it so much that we are returning in December for a longer stay, so thank you Cathy ,we had a lovely time.We would definitely recommend

Lovely Apartment, Perfect Location

This is a lovely modern, comfortable well furnished and equipped apartment.

It was a perfect location for us as we did not want to use a car. Bars, cafes, restaurants and La Zenia Boulevard is in walking distance and the beach although the sea was too cold to dip in we had some lovely costal walks.

Lovely Holiday

Stayed in this apartment again since refurbished and the décor is of a very high quality. Always feel secure here being a gated community. It has all the facilities of home and will be coming again. Kathy makes the arrangements very easy. Ideal location to shops, beach, and bars.
