Villa Yoise is a traditional 3 bedroom villa in the peaceful Costa Nova district of Javea. Overlooking pinewoods, the villa is located in a tranquil environment which begs leisurely evening walks, with restaurants, bar (with tennis courts) and shop just a short walk away. It is, however, conveniently close to Javea, with the Port, Old Town and the popular Arenal beach, with numerous bars and restaurants just 5 minutes drive away. Built on one level overlooking a large 900m2 garden with a much larger than average private pool (12x8), the villa provides an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. The villa comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin, with en-suite to the master bedroom and 1 family bathroom. The sun beds on the patio area next to the spectacularly large floodlit pool allow relaxed lounging and are set in a larger than average secure and private garden. Nice terrace with table for 6 persons just in front of the kitchen. Area in the shadow with sofa's for a relaxing drink. Area in the garden with second table for 6 persons.

About Florence

We live in Belgium, near Brussels, and we have 3 children (19, 18 ,11 ; 1 boy and 2 girls). They love to spend their holiday in Javea. We purchased the house in january 2014. We work both in Belgium-Luxemburg. I'm creating interior and exterior Green Walls as I'm a nature lover. My husband works in Industry as a commercial & marketing manager. We regulary travel to Javea, to spend some time for holiday but also to improve constantly our spanish villa. We like to go to the restaurants in Javea, to the beach and also to make nice walks in the Woods near the villa ; we have a lot of nice places to recommend.

Why Florence chose La Marina Alta

Costa nova in javéa is a very quite area. We like nature. It was important for us to find a villa without direct overlooking. We have no neighbours at the back of the garden, only pinewoods. The location was one of the most important decisions : 5 minutes from different beaches. We think our location is perfect : in the middle of different beaches. About costa nova : lot of pinewoods but also very close to all amenities.

What makes this villa unique

When we are in the garden it's very quite. We have a spectacular big pool, first time when you see the pool it's just woaw. 12mx8m pool

The garden is wonderful. Lot's of trees and flowers and green grass. Our gardener spends a lot of time to keep the grass green and the garden perfect.

Inside the house, we feel home. Very cosy and easy for everybody.

You will sleep like babies at night because it's so quiet.

Lovely, quiet, private villa with big pool and garden.

Had a lovely stay, owners and hosts were all very accommodating and helpful with our few requests. Villa was clean, comfortable and spacious. Living area is modern and well thought out (although I had to properly hunt for the cutlery!!! Damn secret drawers!). Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine but not as modern as the rest of the property but perfectly comfortable.

Pool has a shallower end but then get very deep.

Shutters on the windows meant that I didn't need to lug blackout blinds out with us.

The villa was nice but very basic the garden and pool was great 4 star for garden area 3 star villa.

We had great time weather was amazing, we stay at a lot of villas in the area 3 times a year. It was the first villa we have rented, that there was no welcome pack e.g. Milk,bread,water etc so glad we didn't arrive during the night. But still a nice place we enjoyed.

Owner's Response: The gardener is wonderful, he does a fantastic job and we are very proud of the outside area, which is immaculate! We would like to comment on the word "basic" which think would be more aplicable to a villa with no modern or new fittings. The kitchen was re-modelled in January 2016 (cabinets, appliances and floor), the beds and matmtresses were new in 2016, as was the furniture in the lounge and the curtains in the villa, the huge Samsung tv and the linen and beach/bath towels. The villa is very well maintained and was re-painted 2 years ago. Everything is set up so that guests have plenty of space for their personal belongings and room to make themselves at home, and we chose to keep the interior clean and clear without lots of un-necessary clutter. However, the villa is very well equipped, including all the usual kitchen equipment which you would find at home. Welcome packs are provided for guests who arrive late or when the shops are closed - we will also go the extra mile and on request we can have your food shopping placed in the villa ready for your arrival. 5 Weeks in the sun

This was a great place to spend almost 5 weeks. The villa is very well laid out and is really functional with a fabulous swimming pool. Its just a short drive from Javea and in a good location to visit other places of interest. There is an excellent Indian restaurant and Italian restaurant in walking distance.

A beautiful property in a great location

From past experience, things always look better on the website or in pictures but with this property it was the opposite.

The welcome was friendly, the villa was immaculate, the facilities were clean, tidy and fully operational and the pool was huge!

Florence was great to deal with from start to finish. From the initial enquiry all the way through to getting back home safe, Florence has been on hand to reply to any query and to fully explain what is required and when. The details and directions were on point.

I went with my wife, parents and 2 young children and the villa and surround areas catered for all of us.

We will most definitely return and highly recommend this property.

Take a holiday in Spain...

We've spent our Spring Holiday in this lovely villa. It has been the second time in succession and the location of the house cannot be better.

It's nice garden with large swimming pool always invites us to return to this place with its peaceful surroundings, allong the border of an extencive national park. Yet close to all daily provisions.

Coast/Beach:

The main beaches of Javea are a 5 minute drive away. The Arenal beach is a sandy cove, and there are lots of other beaches for snorkelling and jet skiing.

Travel:

Alicante and Valencia airports are both around 60 miles.

Further Details:

There are lots of beach bars and restaurants in Javea and along the coast line. Benidorm with its nightlife is around 30 mins drive.
