Perfectly located within the new Reserva Del Higueron , with direct road access to Carvajal Beach.New SPA hotel on site. Situated between Benalmadena and Mijas, with uninterrupted sea views, this modern apartment, offers all that is required for a superb family holiday. Please note there are no night clubs in the immediate vicinity, this place is not for the party animals! It is suited to family groups and couples wanting a nice break.. The apartment offers three double bedrooms, two bathrooms -one en-suite with whirlpool bath - contemporary kitchen with all appliances included. The secluded patio has modern garden furniture and has direct gated access to one of the two pools. The apartment is next door to a Carrefour supermarket, bars, restaurants, and local shops. It is easily reached via public transport from Malaga, Benalmadena and Mijas. The secure underground double garage is easily accessible both from the road and from inside the apartment building. Apt is very close to some stunning beaches, Carvejal, at the bottom of Reserva del Higueron, walkable down, taxi back! OR you can use the land train from outside the apt.down to the beach and the main coast road,where you can get a bus or a train to FUENGIROLA,BENALMADENA,TORREMOLINAS OR MALAGA. BUSES are cheap in SPAIN.

About Glenys and Tom Murphy

This apartment has been purchased for our personal use as a second home,and has been furnished accordingly with quality furniture. It was selected for its position and proximity to necessities, like shops and restaurants. Plus, we can drive further afield on the E15/A7 or hop on the bus which stops outside the apt. and can take you up to the many food and drink establishments up in Mijas [15 mins] or just along to the pueblo [3bus-stops] for the same. The bus goes down to Benalmadena Costa,to the beaches and the fantastic Marina,full of specialist eateries. The apt. block has wonderful views over the Mediterranean and Fuengirola, which is a 6 minute drive away. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we do.

Why Glenys and Tom Murphy chose Benalmádena

We love the location as it is so convenient for shops. Wealso love the stunning views of the Mediterranean and Fuengirola. We are away from the crowds ,but we can go and join them when we want to! Best of both worlds.Great new addition! There is now a land train which goes from the shops outside our apartment down to the beach ,and back! It also stops at a new hotel which has been built half-way down to the beach, and has a spa as one of its attractions. This train also stops at Carvejal station which goes to Los Boliches,and on to Fuengirola ,3 stops in all. The other way is Benalmadena,and Malaga.

What makes this apartment unique

What attracted us first of all was that it was a ground floor apartment. We can walk straight out to the pool or garden,take a coffee with us,or an ice -cream,without the bother of the stairs or lift.We can also wheel the trolley straight in from the supermarket! And the supermarket next door ,open until9.30 at night is a huge bonus.you can go out all day and then just pop in and get whatever you fancy!.There are lovely views out to sea and over the whole area.The beach at Carvajal is at the bottom of the Higueron development and now we have a land train to take you there for free!.There is an underground garage and if you wish to use it,if you have a hire car.there is an automatic opener which you will be given on your arrival. Don,t forget to leave it !

Apartment spacious well equipped easy access to all amenities.

Lots of nice walks. Bus service very good to all destinations with lots of bars and restaurants.

6 mature ladies had a great time would highly recommend.😄🍍🏄🐃

Bright spacious apartment with terrace next to the pool, great views overlooking the coast.

Goood location for buses to Mijas, Feuengirola, Benalmadena Pueblo and Arroyo del la Miel. Supermarket next door to the complex and pizzeria, cafe, souvenir shop and cash machine close by.

The land train takes you down to the beach but check times when it is a bank holiday as not always running to schedule. It is a long way to walk down with small children and very steep, a taxi back up cost €6. All in all a lovely complex and great pool area.

Tired and in need of refurbishment

Excellent location , good sized apartment , bedding clean and fresh , but fixtures and fittings tired, kitchen utensils sticky and grubby a number of plates and mugs chipped. Sofas and chairs all covered in poor quality throws to hide their worn state, window curtains very soiled. Outside lounger cushions torn , badly soiled . In need of TLC.
