Superior accommodation, everything provided for a comfortable stay. Stunning views, highly recommended. Welcome pack of water, tea bags and milk was very well received too! Handily placed for bars/restaurants but just far away enough to be away from the noise. Will definitely be back. Thank you Cara and Bobby

Owner's Response: A BIG thankyou to a couple of perfect guests! It was a pleasure having you (even if just for a week!) The position of our bright, spacious apartment certainly gives our guests the "BEST OF BOTH WORLDS" - loads of surrounding bars, restaurants, supermarkets & facilities (including cash dispenser) but a peaceful, cosy "base" in which to relax & enjoy our stunning PANORAMIC ocean & harbour view. When you arrive at your holiday accomodation (after a long day's travelling) what is more perfect then to sit down & enjoy a "nice cup of tea/coffee" without having to go out to the shops! Comfort & chill-out time is MOST IMPORTANT for every guest (We supply a FREE WELCOME PACK for all arrivals - wáter, milk, tea bags, coffee & sugar) Recently we installed ALL NEW ALUMINIUM DOORS & WINDOWS plus we renewed accessories (towels etc) BEACH TOWELS FOR EVERY GUEST are also supplied along with standard hand & bath towels.

Lovely, relaxing holiday

This apartment is very well equipped; there are even umbrellas for rainy days! Fortunately we had glorious weather when we stayed so did not need them. When we arrived the apartment was spotless and exactly what we expected from the description. Unfortunately the pool on the complex was undergoing maintenance but that was not the fault of the owners. Cara and Bobby live upstairs and are on hand if there's a problem - not that we had any. Cara popped in to see if we were enjoying ourselves and was very welcoming. The apartment is a short walk from the promenade in Los Cristianos, and although this did not perturb us (we like walking) those people with limited mobility would need to get a taxi down and up again. The Italian restaurant called Pizzeria Roma at the end of the street does very good value takeaways if you don't fancy cooking or going out to eat. A huge pizza costs under eight euros and is big enough for three people. This property is ideal for couples who like to relax in the sun and watch the ferries come and go, and also for those who prefer a more active holiday. We had a great time and wished we had booked two weeks not just one!

Owner's Response: Great to get feedback from guests - whether staying for a week or 3 months! Hopefully we now have everything they could ever need in our beautiful ex-home. Having recently replaced all doors & windows with Aliminium ones, we also upgraded some furniture & accessories (including quality fluffy towels!) As we sleep up to 5 people (see photos of bed postioning) we offer great value for money for couples holidaying together & families! The fact that our on site pool was closed for work just shows that our small private complex deals with necessary maintenance... We now have a keysafe to make keys instantly accesible to incoming guests Comfort is of the utmost importance!

Fabulous sea views

This is a lovely little apartment with stunning sea views from the balcony which gets the sun all day from about 10.00am. There is a small pool on site but we didn't use it, in a quiet residential area.

There is a supermarket within 1 minute with a great little bakery, several restaurants within short walking distance and a 5 - 10 min walk to the sea front depending which route you take.

All the items you could possibly need are in the apt, including beach towels, pool inflatables and even an umberella. But what makes the apt are the owners who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. A lovely couple who live in the same block so were on hand if we needed them. The apt is spacious and the bathroom really nice. It is uphill but nothing too extream, hence the fantastic view from the terrace, but there are a few' stopping point' bars on the way up and we had a car so no issues if we wanted to go further afield but not wanting to walk. There are enough bars and restaurants within walking distance of the apt. It really is a lovely apt, we didn't want to leave.

Great location - peaceful position (corner of 2 block end roads so no noisy passing traffic!) All amenities however on the doorstep but they are not a nuisance. Stunning views and SUN ALL DAY. Not a "buy-to-rent" property but AN EX-HOME so everything is at hand INCLUDING BEACH TOWELS / HAIRDRIER / FULL-SIZE IRON + BOARD / MICROWAVE / WASHING MACHINE / FULL FRIDGE-FREEZER ETC

Nearest Barpub : 2 mins walk away at 0.1 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : on complex at 0.01 Kilometres Car: not necessary


Sandy beach of Los Cristianos 10 min walk. Cleaned daily with beautiful views over Atlantic ocean. Beach bars, restaurants and water sports available. Ferries to neighbouring Canary Islands available.


Tenerife South (Reina Sofia) airport 15 min drive away. Car hire is readily available nearby. Island excursions & all attractions can be booked also at nearby shop.

Further Details:

Local Sunday market near Arona Gran Hotel is 10 min walk. Chemist, supermarkets, taxi rank, bars, restaurants, top-class spa facilities, gyms etc are on doorstep.

Please make sure you take out adequate personal/holiday insurance. Bedroom is so quiet. Fly screen and secure windows - they can be left open! The best night's sleep ever! We are on corner of "cul-de-sac". Sorry strictly no animals allowed on premises. Outside: Suntrap balcony has "lie-down" sun-beds, reclining sunchairs, table and chairs with parasol as well as a washing line (+ pegs!) Stunning free sunset every evening! Enjoy your meals on our modern balcony or inside. Peaceful secluded communal pool with section for children. Direct view of Los Cristianos harbour and regular ferries leaving for La Gomera plus watch hang-gliders drifting over the adjacent mountain. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath, hand, tea towels and bed linen are provided. Also a selection of BEACH towels are provided! Save on baggage weight! Apartment is cleaned before each rental. Other: Whole apartment has been newly refurbished inside & out to a high quality: new electrics, designer bathroom. The outside front gardens are well maintained and there is no passing traffic. There are only 2 steps to our front door.
