Outside: The lower front terrace that joins the grassed private garden area has a table for 7 and two sun loungers. The elevated rear private garden has a barbecue and front line views of the sea. The communal pool area has many sun loungers. The urbanisation has 26000sq.m of landscaped gardens, 3 swimming pools (1 exclusive for children), tennis court and small football goals. Utility Room: The washing machine and dryer machine are situated on the enclosed separate room at the back of the kitchen. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels (apart from beach and pool) are provided with all bedlinen and kitchen towels. Maid service available if requested in advance at additional cost. Other: All rooms are fully air-conditioned and there is central heat. Toys for children under 10 provided. Security 24 hours.

Absolutely stunning, couldnt ask for more!

Me and my family of 5 stayed in this wonderful villa for 10days and I must admit we didn't expect it to be so nice! great location and easy to get to. we rented a car and drove down from Malaga. lovely sea views and gorgeous weather made it wonderful to have a few drinks in the evening while watching and listening to the sea. The pool is fantastic. Its massive and even has a separate deep pool that we had so much fun in! The villa itself is beautiful, very big and well decorated. plenty of room for up to 6 people easily. washing machine, fridge etc made it easy to live how we wanted too. nice movie room for the kids to watch a film in the evenings before bed while me and wife chilled with some wine! The Zoo is a 5min drive away and was a fun day out with the children. Estepona itself is down the road and it has some fantastic beaches, restaurants etc.

The owners are great, really lovely people. we purchased the zoo tickets online but didn't know we had to print the tickets 1st...well thankfully Carlos and his wife saved the day and printed them for us the next morning, thanks for that! always around if you need them. all in all a perfect stay, would love to go back. I recommend all to try this villa.

Beautiful seaside home near Estepona

Loved the house with it's garden going directly onto the beach. Thanks Ana for looking after us and sorting out any problems we had. Kitchen was well equipped. You will need to buy all groceries. A gated compound of houses with beautiful sea views. We enjoyed some great fish meals in Estepona restaurants.

Stunning location but totally outdated interior

We just came home after 9 days in Estepona. The house was big and its location perfect with beautiful seaviews and direct beach acces. We were however disappointed to find the literally everything in the house was old. The couches were old and uncomfortable, the kitchen cabinets fell apart, there was not enough lighting and the lighting that did work made quite a hard buzzing sound, as did the refrigerator. And on top of it all, the beds were like stone. We did not have one good nights sleep as a result. All in all not worth the trouble to make the trip all the way from Amsterdam. We won’t be back.

Owner's Response: These are very subjective comments that we never had before in 7 years we have been renting the house (in which we do all the necessary updates every three months) We always do our best to ensure our clients have a nice experience, in this case, even though the very late night arrival of our hosts we provided them with two baby beds (that they had not requested previously); next morning breakfast, tenis rackets, etc... We are always available to answer any request or solve any problem our hosts may have; Unfortunately in this case we were not informed about any of these points during the stay.

Estupendo!!!

Beautiful villa, perfect location. Sea views from bedroom windows. Stroll through garden onto sandy beach. Villa was well equipped, very clean, decor and furnishings fabulous.

Grandchildren (7years) loved the pool and garden. October weather very warm.

Hope we can stay again!!

We couldn't choose better place for our holiday.

Great hospitality and wonderful location made our holiday. Beach front house is a real beach front house. When opened the door we had only 40 steps to get to the lonely and peaceful beach. Busy but not crowded, famous but not too loud - the location was simply awesome.

The hosts very kind and very helpful; very well informed gave us many good suggestions and hints for nice places to eat, to see.

House itself very tidy, clean and very modern. Everything was working well and we really had great time there.

Higly recommended for beautiful holidays in Spain!

Beautiful Home and Stunning View and Location

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the property. The house has everything you could want, extremely spacious and beautifully furnished. The outside space is great with outside dining and seating area all looking out to a wonderful sea view. The garden gets the sun all day but you can sit under the trees or canopies if you want to get out of the sun. Kitchen well stocked with the added bonus of an ice making fridge freezer! Communal gardens and pool area are immaculate, and the pool is huge, and never busy when we visited. Very quiet location ideal for relaxing. Supermarkets within easy drive. Great beach bar within easy walk from property through gate with direct access to beach. Owners are very welcoming and friendly, and have thought of everything to make this a perfect holiday home. Although next door they never intrude but are there should you need them. Would love to go again! Thank you very much Ana and Carlos
