In less than 15 minutes drive away you will find golf, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, a sports center, a zoo, cinemas, shopping areas and restaurants.

Beautiful Home and Stunning View and Location

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the property. The house has everything you could want, extremely spacious and beautifully furnished. The outside space is great with outside dining and seating area all looking out to a wonderful sea view. The garden gets the sun all day but you can sit under the trees or canopies if you want to get out of the sun. Kitchen well stocked with the added bonus of an ice making fridge freezer! Communal gardens and pool area are immaculate, and the pool is huge, and never busy when we visited. Very quiet location ideal for relaxing. Supermarkets within easy drive. Great beach bar within easy walk from property through gate with direct access to beach. Owners are very welcoming and friendly, and have thought of everything to make this a perfect holiday home. Although next door they never intrude but are there should you need them. Would love to go again! Thank you very much Ana and Carlos

Nice Location and view in Estapona

We very much enjoyed the rental apartment. Everything was as described and displayed in the pictures. We stayed in late April with younger kids and everything was good - especially the pool which was easily warm enough for swimming.

The only negatives were that one room was a bit musty (we were not using this room) and the kitchen is getting old. Otherwise we very much enjoyed the apartment and the owners were excellent to deal with - they are next door.

Great place to relax and enjoy! Very family-friendly.

We - a family with two little kids - had a wonderful week at this beach house in Estepona. We had a little garden with a great view. We very much enjoyed the direct access to the beach where the kids could play for hours in the sand. The owners were there to support us whenever needed and gave us great restaurant and other tips. We were very lucky to get the essentials for the kids - some toys to play in the garden and sand as well as high chair, crib etc.

Estupenda casa frente al mar.

La casa está muy bien, es muy cómoda, todas las estancias son muy amplias y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones (realmente no echamos nada de menos). La casa tiene salida directa al mar como se ve en las fotos. La urbanización es muy tranquila, tiene una buena piscina y un bonito jardín. Hay varios supermercados y restaurantes cerca. En pocos minutos se puede llegar a varias sitios turísticos (Marbella, Estepona, Mijas, Málaga) . Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

The nearby towns of Estepona, San Pedro, Ronda and Marbella host many annual religious and other festivals, as well as cultural events. There is a broad portfolio of outdoor activities such as horse riding, trekking, water sports, bull-fighting, tennis, padel or polo games. Local markets are featured regularly and everyone including tourists and locals alike are spoilt for the choice when it comes to dining out as many excellent restaurants offering various cuisines are available in the area.
