Notes on accommodation: Valle del Sol are set in a 18 villa complex on a quiet location and although there are neighbours, due to the design of this spacious complex of Valle del Sol and the large gardens, it adds up to make this a beautifully quiet and private location with out being isolated. Our entire privately owned villa’s have the wow factor, which is why we are positive on you’re arrival you will not be disappointed with your choice of accommodation. Inside the villa there is just about everything that you could need during your stay. We have furnished to a very high specification, you can be assured that we have provided comfort, quality, and of course safety. The tastefully designed spacious living area has modern tiled wood grain floors, sofa beds, which allow the villa to sleep up to six people, well made beautiful display units for the plasma television, DVD player, and personal items. To add to the quality of this room we have fitted air-conditioning and floor and wall lights. Outside: We know it will be a pleasure to stay in our villa and we are sure it will be a greater pleasure staying outside. Villa has its own private garden - all laid to lawn with numerous tropical plants and flowers, every garden has its own automatic irrigation system, so all you have to do is enjoy it. We have designed BBQ areas for you’re out side cooking and eating enjoyment with covered patio areas including dining table and chairs. Garden has ample outside lighting. Valley del Sol has two large swimming pools, with ample sun bathing areas, one of the pools is ideal and safe for children and non swimmers. Utility Room: Washing machine,tumble dryer, basin and shower. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Both hand and bath towels are supplied, although we ask you not to remove these from the villa, plus all bedding and linen including sheets and pillow cases. WE ARE NOT CHANGING TOWELS AND LINEN! You can wash it in washing machine, or we have payservise Other: It has a garage for two cars with easy access from the street.

The pictures do not do this villa justice, the complex is great and feels safe and secure, and after staying in a Villa Plus apartment in Adeje a few months back that felt really unsafe, i was so thankful for that.

Alex who runs the villa is amazing, he helped us so much when we were at a loose end and he really made the holiday special.

Would definitely return!

Safe,quiet,comfortable. As advertised and more.25 minutes of walk to the nearest beach .10 minutes to big shopping center with Mercadona and fresh ocean food.Perfect barbeque zone where you can feel yourself a chef. Aleksander, the manager , is a very friendly and reliable person. He helped us with some papers and useful information.He arranged free transfer for 4 persons from airport and surprised us with full basket of fruits,cold drinks and bottle of El Coto. We stayed there two families 7 persons . Enough space for everybody. Clean and big.Fast internet.We had everything we need . I stayed in Los Cristianos last year at an appartment with very positive reviews... but it was ugly in the comparison with this '' en famille'' cosy villa. Highly recommend but not in november 2017 :) have plans to book it again.

Отдыхали 21.06-05.07.14, 2 семьи - 7 человек (4ADL+3CHD). Бронировали заранее, но прочитав отзыв Дэйва появилось масса сомнений в правильности нашего выбора. Списавшись с Александром (хозяин виллы), прислушались к его аргументам+фотоотчёту решили выбор не менять, о чём в последствии не на секунду не пожалели! В аэропорту нас встречал Александр – крепкий, доброжелательный мужчина, который растворил 50% наших сомнений ещё до знакомства с виллой. Прибыв на место (15 мин. от аэропорта) заезжаем на подземную парковку, где отдельное место для нашей машины, оттуда же есть вход в дом. Дом 3 этажа. 0 этаж: большая комната с двухспальной кроватью, зоной для приготовления закусок и чая; ванная комната с душевой кабиной, раковиной и туалетом. Не смотря на то, что этаж полуподвальный, с узкими окнами под потолком, комната оказалась очень уютной за счёт постоянно комфортной температуры, рассеянного света и тишины. Дополнительно была установлена раскладушка с толстым матрасом, ребёнку было на ней комфортно. На 1этаже: туалет; кухня в которой есть всё необходимое, включая посудомоечную машину, блэндер, соковыжималку и.т.д.; гостиная, которая соединяет 2 террасы с зелёной цветущей растительностью, одна с шезлонгами в зоне солярия и плетёной мебелью в тени под крышей, а другая, с барбекю и большим столом под навесом, где очень здорово собираться вечером; моечная комната с душевой кабиной, раковиной, стиральной и сушильной машинами. 2 этаж: 2 спальни с духспальными кроватями, одну из которых можно разделить на 2 отдельные, ванная и туалет. Все комнаты полностью мебелированы, с запасом постельного белья и полотенец, оборудованы кондиционерами, спутниковым TV, сейфами, есть Wi-Fi, дом чистый и ухоженный. В случае возникновения проблем или вопросов Александр всегда готов помочь, благо живёт пососедству. На территории комплекса (в 20 метрах от виллы) 2 бассейна (взрослый и детский) в которых всегда есть место (единственный минус – рваные лежаки). Комплекс находится в тихом месте на склоне с боковым видом на океан, в 10 минутах ходьбы торговый центр с супермаркетом. До пляжа пешком 20-30 минут, немного напрягает обратный путь, т.к. идти всегда в гору, опять же вопрос решается при наличии авто, а его наличие очень желательно, на парковке около пляжей практически всегда есть свободные места за 3-4 евро в день. На мой взгляд, качество виллы соответствует её цене больше чем на 100%. Отдельное спасибо Александру за помощь в организации отдыха и за незабываемую экскурсию на вулкан!

Holiday destination this year was chosen the island of Tenerife. We traveled in two families. All we had 4 adults and 3 children.

On the advice of friends we got housing search through the site www.ownersdirect.com.

Chose CASA ANNA. Established contact with Alexander. Alexander also said accounts What `s up and Viber, which is very convenient and fast.

At our request, Alexander gave us more information about the villa and photos.

Alexander also agreed to give us an extra bed. We passed Alexander deposit through PayPal, which is very convenient.

Besides, Alexander organized a transfer to the day of arrival and departure day.

The first time we went to the villa, we were pleasantly surprised, as the villa was much better than in the pictures.

All correspondence posted on the site. The complex also has an underground parking lot, from which you can also get to the villa.

We were satisfied with the condition of furniture, bedding, towels, sanitary ware, kitchen appliances items. Beds and mattresses in excellent condition, they are very comfortable to sleep. All rooms are quite spacious and comfortable accommodation. In the backyard there is a bbq with all the necessary amenities. Very comfortable dining there at a large table under a canopy.

The complex features a swimming pool. It is located 50 meters from the villa. The pool is clean.

The villa is located is really only 20 minutes from the beach on foot or 5 minutes by car. On the beach there is an inexpensive parking.

Conveniently, next to the villa is a shopping center GranSur, where you can buy food, clothes, eat.

Alexander gave us everything we need to stay on the beach (umbrella, tent, towels), which was very nice and saved our money.

Alexander also advised us company for renting a car, and we were very pleased with this service.

All questions Alexander reacted quickly advise how best to organize our holiday. I am the third time in Tenerife, but this stay was for me the best! We traveled all over the island were in Icod De Los Vinos, La Candelaria, Loro Parque, Monkey Park, 2 times visited Siam Park several times been to Santa Cruz.

In addition, my friend's birthday Alexander in his car organized excursion to the volcano Teide. He told a lot of information about the history and geography of the Canary Islands, showed great places. Tour lasted about 7 hours, but we were not tired and got a lot of fun. It was very interesting and delicious!

We did not want to leave! 15 days was not enough .

We were very disappointed with our villa, the house was a long way from the amenities and also on a residential block. On arrival we were meet by the owner and driven to the house we were shown around the house which was very dark and not very welcoming, the beds weren't made and we had to search for suitable bedding the towels provided were very well used and worn and not changed at all through our stay instead I washed them myself using the house washing machine. Two of the bedrooms were upstairs but the third one was in the basement which we nicknamed the dungeon as there was no natural light ( none of this we were informed about beforehand ) the bathroom in the dungeon was dirty and the toilet didn't flush so unusable the third bedroom we needed to use because of the make up of our family my son basically only slept in there. The house in general was dirty the floors were dirty and dusty also the bathroom was dirty I managed to find some cleaning things and did this myself. The air conditioning remotes didn't have batteries and as on some days it's was 30degrees it was much needed. We couldn't use the front entrance as there wasn't any keys for the gate. There was also lots of personnel items in the house it felt uncomfortable that we were living in someone's home. Costa Adeje in general is a bit scruffy there is rubbish in the streets and the street sellers do grind you down after a few days. Bonus of course is the hot weather and the pool a short stroll from the house was lovely even though the showers didn't work and again the gate was broken so climbing over each day was a bind.
