Just to let you know we had a great week at your Villa – was so hot not a cloud seen for the week! Did not have a hire car in the end with the station being so close – we went off on trips via the train went to the end of the line and got the ferry over to Spain – loved the beaches, it was also so quiet not many occupants around which suited us and as will be seen in the attached photo we sampled all the local dishes. Grandson is asleep in his pram next to his mum – he loved it. I think he will wake up today and ask to go “swimming”! (Pat & Family - June 2012)

Lovely modern villa on the edge of Fuseta with views over the sea.

The villa was great, very clean and well equipped, with some stunning views out over the coast. We didn't use the Jacuzzi up on the roof terrace but enjoyed sitting out in the garden having lunch and watching the children over in the communal pools. We didn't hire a car and one isn't really necessary as you can take the train to adjoining towns but at times it would have been nice to drive rather than walk. The air-con worked very well and was appreciated. Fuseta itself is not the prettiest town on the Algarve but it is a proper working fishing port with fish market and plenty of restaurants. The beach (reached via a short ferry ride) was fantastic and the sea surprisingly warm.

Lovely villa which was very well equipped.

Views from the roof terrace were stunning and the local beaches were terrific.

Local staff were very helpful and the local Fuzeta restaurants were great and very inexpensive.

Look forward to coming again.

Superb townhouse in Fuseta

We would highly recommend this very spacious, very well looked after and extremely well equipped town house in a quiet location on the edge of Fuseta town. Ideal for 4 people but could easily sleep 6 with its three bedrooms and bathrooms. The views from the roof are magnificent and the private hot tub, also on the roof, was an added bonus and so relaxing. The management company looking after the property and its guests were very efficient and friendly. Couldn't fault them. Nearest beach is only a 10 minute walk away and Fuseta town has good local shops and a daily fish/vegetable market. Great restaurants and cafes in town and very reasonably priced too. You wouldn't need a car unless you were venturing far away from the coast as there is a train station just 5 mins walk away from the property. The owner was very helpful and friendly regarding the booking arrangements and promptly responded to any e-mail enquiries we had. Would certainly stay at this property again and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Good location 12 mins to the train 15 mins to the main town area and beach. We stayed for two weeks with children and managed without a car. However we did think a car for the second week would have given us more variety for site seeing. The house is clean, spacious and has all amenities and more than we expected. Would definately stay again.

A modern Villa in a traditional town

Fantastic Villa, great location within walking distance to Fuseta town and beach. Communal pool and surrounding areas very clean and tidy with dedicated staff cleaning up after the tourists!

Andy the Villa owner has created a wonderful home in the sun and this Villa has all mod cons. Excellent wifi signal, BBC,ITV etc, beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms,Lounge area, kitchen area, roof terrace with Jacuzzi, all finished to a high spec.

Great artificial grass back garden overlooking the communal pool and sea views, awesome from the roof terrace!

Excellent holiday apartment in Fuseta

We had a wonderful family holiday in this immaculate and very well fitted apartment. The location is excellent for walking to the town, beach ferry and to t he station for trips to faro , tavira etc we enjoyed not having to drive and this meant that everyone could do their own thing.Fuseta Is a vibrant very Portuguese town which we enjoyed exploring.

Coast/Beach:

10-15 minutes walk to Fuseta beach.

Travel:

From Faro Airport (25 mins)

Leave Faro airport and follow the signs to the A22. On reaching the A22 motorway travel in the direction of Spain. Travel on the A22 for approximately 15 minutes and take Olhão exit 15 and follow the signs to Fuseta.

Take the first turning into Fuseta and follow the road round the first bend to the left, you will pass a school and gym on the right. Take the third right and follow the road down to the dead end and Fuseta Ria Resort is at the bottom of this road

Distances:

Fuseta town 10 minutes walk. 20 minute drive to Tavira, 10 minute drive to Olhao, 45 minute drive to Albufeira and Vilamoura. Seville 90 minute drive.

By travelling a little further afield there are a good range of things to do to suit all tastes. West there are some excellent shopping centres in Faro and Guia as well as Water Parks and Zoo Marine, all easily reached by car (around 45 minutes) or by day trip coach.

The local town of Fuseta has all the amenities/facilities to compliment your holiday including restaurants, supermarkets, shops, fish market, banks, post office, internet cafe.
