one of a block of 8 the apartment is on the 1st (top) floor with front covered balcony to relax on. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are on the one floor. The main bedroom window overlooking the balcony and golf course with sun loungers and seats provided on the roof. The pool shared with the neighbouring properties is behind the property. The apartment is north facing so it offers some respite from the heat of the sun in summer. The main seating area comprises a large lounge dinner with a small well equipped kitchen. The whole apartment is finished in marble tiles and white walls to help keep the inside cool and comfortable. In addition to the full air-conditioning in all rooms.
We are Johanna and Peter and we have three grown up children and one Grandchild. The property is as much our getaway as it is a holiday rental so we keep it as a home from home. Working towards retirement this will hopefully become longer getaways in a few years time, till then we are happy for others to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area.

We bought in Entre Naranjos because it has the best of all worlds. Its quiet yet close enough to entertainment and places to go to be practical. Good road access to two airports and although at the time it had few local facilities these are now in place as well as our own golf course and other sports facilities. Being southern Costa Blanca its away from the main tourist areas and is still quite Spanish, although most of our neighbours are British.
Relaxation. Its a very slow pace of life and great for chilling out. Its location means its easy to get basic food and other goods and to be quite self contained if you want to be. Beaches and walks are uncrowded and this makes for a very pleasant place to stay.

The apartment will be reserved for 14 days to allow for the return of the booking form which will be sent on request. A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking with all balances payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. A 20 Euro deposit will be required for the key, payable on arrival. The cost of a single clean will be deducted from the final payment using the then current euro exchange rate with the cleaning cost being paid to the local key holder.
The preferred changeover day is Saturday but this is flexible subject to availability. Generally vacated by 10am and entered after 5pm on day of departure and arrival, this may be flexible if there is no other party arriving/leaving the same day.
Notes on prices:
Addition days up to a maximum of 3 can be added pro rata, thereafter weekly rates apply. A 40 euro cleaning charge will be deducted from the first weeks charge payable to the on site key holder.
