About Ross Matheson

My name is Ross Matheson and my wife is Pam. I am a Senior Manager within the Lawn Tennis Association my wife is a Doctor. We have both had many holidays in Vale Do Lobo, enough to know what hard working people want from a holiday. A great nights sleep, a perfect location and a beautiful property to relax in. We took our time and renovated our town house in Vale Do Lobo and you will love it. It's a five minute walk to the beach with it's bars and restaurants and five minutes in the other direction to the first tee of the VDL Golf Club and the most amazing Spa. There is a great gym in the clubhouse and a Michelin Star restaurant! We live in Glasgow and I work in London. Please take a look at the pictures and we would love to have you come and stay. Our property is professionally managed.

  • 2 en-suite bathrooms with baths and showers over the bath. A new boiler provides limitless hot water and ideal for getting the sand off you and the kids after a great day down the hill at the beach. There is also an external hose on front terrace to get rid of sand from the beach.

  • Description of sleeping capacity: Sleeps 4 -6 (2 Bedrooms) Notes on bedrooms: Both bedrooms are very similar with great digital climate control air conditioning. We brought the extra large beds over from the UK as we were so concerned about getting a great night's sleep on holiday. First floor bedroom has a partial sea view.

Notes:
Notes on accommodation: There is a pool about 400 yards from the property in the Praca and this has a daily charge. Outside: There is new furniture on the front terrace. Additional furniture in courtyard and on the roof terrace. Utility Room: Washing machine and tumble drier are cleverly positioned within an enclosed unit on the roof terrace. Its perfect as its out of the way and clothes dry easily without use of a tumble dryer. There is a new dryer there though in case you get caught out! Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: This can be arranged as and when you want it although there will be a small additional charge to clean and change sheets etc. (£15 per hour for cleaner) Other: There is a clever lighting system in the house with spots on the marble stairs and a light that illuminates the building facade. The place looks great at night from all angles. The roof terrace is a nice hang out late at night under the stars.

Its such a simple transfer from the airport and the last time we arrived we did it from the airport to the property in less than 20 minutes.
