About the Owner

We farm in Hampshire and converted Dines Barn as a luxury holiday home on the farm. Seacroft is our own holiday home and we give our full attention to providing for your enjoyable holiday as we do for ourselves.

Conditions of booking: - A deposit of £250 is payable at the time of booking. £100 will be credited to the cost of the holiday and £150 will be retained as a Breakage deposit to cover the cost of any damages. This will be fully refunded within 1 week of the end of your holiday after inspection less any explained charges. The full cost of the holiday must be paid 4 weeks before the date of the holiday. A confirmation of booking and deposit receipt will be sent

Changeover Day:
Normally Friday is changeover day but flexible outside of peak periods. Arrival 4pm and departure 10am unless otherwise agreed.

£100 deposit and £150 refundable security deposit payable upon booking. balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
