Booking Notes:
Conditions of booking: - A deposit of £250 is payable at the time of booking. £100 will be credited to the cost of the holiday and £150 will be retained as a Breakage deposit to cover the cost of any damages. This will be fully refunded within 1 week of the end of your holiday after inspection less any explained charges. The full cost of the holiday must be paid 4 weeks before the date of the holiday. A confirmation of booking and deposit receipt will be sent

Changeover Day:
Normally Friday is changeover day but flexible outside of peak periods. Arrival 4pm and departure 10am unless otherwise agreed.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
