This pretty 2 bedroom bungalow is situated on a small development and has a roof terrace, private garden, parking facilities and use of a private community pool. There is an international supermarket, bar/restaurant and pharmacy close by. This air-conditioned bungalow has 2 bedrooms, a good size lounge/dining room/American style kitchen, English TV, Wi-Fi, full bathroom, a gas BBQ plus outdoor shower, double glazing with insect nets.

Great little bungalow

This is a lovely little 2 bedroom bungalow in a fantastic location. Views from the roof terrace are superb.

It is well equipped with everything you need for your stay, gas fire, log burner, fully equipped kitchen, UK tv, Internet and music system (with lots of great cd's).

There is a well stocked supermarket and great restaurant nearby if you don't fancy a drive.

Owner has been easy to deal with, would recommend this bungalow to anyone!

We purchased the first apartment in the early 80's on the Costa Blanca as it's accessable by car as well as by plane. We have grown so fond of Javea, within the family we now have 3 apartments and this bungalow. All are rented out on a regular basis. Cumbre Del Sol (approx 15mins from Javea) is approximately an hour away from 2 airports, with daily flights from most UK airports. As it's a little further away from the airports it's a little more exclusive. Special interest holidays:

Cumbre Del Sol is an ideal location for those wishing to explore the area by foot as it is surrounded by the national park reserve which is much appreciated by walkers and climbers. You will also find horse riding and tennis close by.


The pebbled secluded cove of Playa del Moraig is a 1 mile drive away and has a bar and car parking. The sandy beaches of Javea and Moraira are an approx 15 min drive.


Both Alicante and Valencia airports are approx 70 miles from Javea and both have direct motorway links. Taxis and hire cars are available from the airport.


Distances are approximate and by car.

Benitachell - 5 mins.

Javea - 15 mins.

Moraira - 15 mins.

Altea - 30 mins

Benidorm - 40 mins.

From the Owner

We love staying in the bungalow. It's spacious and has a lovely quiet, secluded garden. We spend many a warm evening sat on the patio watching the light fade with a glass of wine in our hand listening to music. It's a peaceful location with the added bonus of the pool just around the corner. For those dark winter evenings we have the English TV system and also handfuls of DVDs. Loads to keep you entertained.

  • Notes on accommodation: Due to the steepness of the area location we strongly recommend that you have a hire car. Outside: Tiled roof terrace, the garden is gravelled with table and chairs, small shrubs, a cold water shower and gas BBQ. There is space for drying. Access to the shared swimming pool is just a short walk on the small complex (approx 80 yards) and is in a gated area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen/maid service: the bungalow is cleaned before guests arrive with linen and towels provided. Additional linen changes can be arranged at an additional charge. Please provide your own beach towels. Other: The following are also provided: hairdryer, safety deposit box, mobile gas fire. All lets are inclusive of electric. Cots (£10 p/w), highchairs (£5 p/w) and bedguards (£5 p/w) can be hired if required. Well behaved pets can be accommodated. There is a minimum charge for rental periods under 7 days.
