Sleeps 8. Well equipped 4 bedroom modern house on a lovely 50 acre site with leisure facilities which include indoor door pool, gym, tennis and golf course. Also, Pirate Pete's Playcentre covering the first floor of the Clubhouse. Bright, sunny position, with larger than average garden area, for barbecues etc and surrounded by fields on two sides. Full central heating and double glazing - ideal for off season breaks. Powerful showers in all three bathrooms. Rental price in 2018 does include automatic membership of the Leisure Club.

Perfectly sited to explore the whole of Cornwall. It is about a mile off the main A30 dual carriageway, and all parts of the County are within an easy drive. Close at hand are some of the "jewels" of Cornwall, being Newquay, Padstow and the Eden Project.

What makes this house unique

It is on the edge of a holiday complex affording numerous on-site facilities, but surrounded by fields on two sides. With four double bedrooms, three beautiful bathrooms, a large well equipped kitchen and immaculate open plan living area, Little Eden is perfect accommodation for a great family holiday. Set in the grounds of the prestigious Atlantic Reach Resort, the property gives access to some of the best leisure facilities in Cornwall. Little Eden is situated about ten to fifteen minutes drive from the stunning beaches of Newquay.

Notes on accommodation: All the double beds and mattresses were replaced in early 2015. This is a pet-free property. Group bookings are not accepted. (Group Bookings are defined as those where there are 3 or more adults between the ages of 18 and 30 in a single property with no children aged under 18 or adults above the age of 30. Outside: We think this is the best property on the site being situated in a quiet corner, with fields on two sides, more space around it than other properties, yet still within easy access of all the facilities when required. There is a robust wooden 8 seat picnic table/bench. Property cleaned between each letting. Bed linen supplied - towels are not supplied. Wi-Fi is not supplied in the property, but is available from the Cafe area. The rental price does include automatic membership of the Leisure Club in 2018.

Spacious, well equipped and in a great location

We had a great stay at this property. There were 4 adults and 3 children in our party and there was plenty of space for everyone. Although it is on a holiday park it is situated in a spacious corner, detached from other properties and very peaceful. If you want to use them it seemed there were lots of things going on on site but we spent all of our time out exploring Cornwall and the amazingly well equipped kitchen meant that cooking evening meals was a doddle. It has a really large fridge and freezer and I couldn't think of anything I would want in the kitchen that wasn't provided. I would really recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate in booking again.

Lovely house

Beautiful property in an ideal location to explore Cornwall.

This was the first time we have visited Cornwall and this property was located in an ideal location for the many beautiful beaches and coves in South Cornwall. It was around a 10-15 minute drive into Newquay town centre but traffic can build up along the road leading into it. I wouldn't necessarily plan where you are going each day because the amount of secluded little coves and beaches you come across on your travels is amazing.

The pictures of the property do not do it justice. A total of 4 adults and 4 children stayed in our party and there was plenty of room for us all. It was clean, tidy and had plenty of utensils, cutlery etc for us all. The communication with Andrew throughout was excellent. He was quick to answer all my queries and nothing was too much trouble. It was also good advice by Andrew to not bother purchasing passes for the site beforehand because in all honesty, there wasn't much to do there. The site does say you need them to enter into the clubhouse at night but we found nobody to be there checking so we just walked in without. We didn't particularly rate the site in all honesty but that didn't bother us. We were out and about til quite late anyway so our need to use the facilities on the site were minimal.

We would definitely stay at this property again as I believe it is in the perfect location to explore and would recommend to future holidaymakers.

A great house to holiday in. Perfect for families.

We've just returned from 7 nights here.

Andrew (the owner) is great to deal with and communicated with us really well before we arrived.

A lovely house to holiday in. Good room sizes and a nice garden. Good facilities on the Atlantic Reach complex but you need to pay for these via Reception.

Well located for getting out and about.

No complaints at all.
