About the property

Villa in Quesada, Costa Blanca South, Spain - Peaceful Location but Close to All Amenities

The villa is in a town called Quesada and is 5 minute walk to the Social Club or supermarket and shops with 4 or 5 more very competitively priced bars and restaurants nearby. All these bars have internet access and will also have entertainment on a nightly basis to attract your custom. We are 15 minutes walk from the main town center and there you will find a multitude of continental cuisine and bars. For more of a Spanish feel you can go to Guadamar or Torrevieja which are 10-15 minutes in a car. We would recommend going to Guadamar, it’s a beautiful seaside town with beautiful parks, sand dunes plus once again plenty of bars and restaurants. In the summer it has a nightly market. Just a 10 minute walk away is a large water park which has loads of flumes and water rides.

About OPI Rentals

My wife and I have lived in London for over 40 years. We have 3 children a dog and 2 cats. We both work and therefore look forward to a break in Spain. Our 2 boys are over 21 so now tend to go on holiday with their friends. Our daughter is 15th and we all enjoy each other’s company. We use the Villa in August and normally my wife’s sister's and kids would come, this year we would have about 11 staying at the villa and it’s a great to spend so much time seeing their children growing up and playing in the pool. I also go to Spain with my pals and play golf when the weather cools. My wife would also go for a week and relax with her friends and family when she starts to miss the sun. We love the area and our biggest worry of the day is which restaurant we would visit that evening.

Bought this in 2000, love the peace and quiet around the villa and also enjoy the fact that we have plenty of restaurants bar and shops all within easy walking distance. To eat out is always such value for money with you getting a 4 course meal with wine for under 10 Euros.

Notes on accommodation: The villa is in a peaceful area and is ideal for family holidays. We can arrange Airport collection and the people who look after the villa will be available to run a taxi service for you. Outside: Private pool 8 meters by 4 meters with sun beds. BBQ area and have a large table for outside eating. 2 outside terraces with sun blinds. Large mature garden. Utility Room: Washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and beds changed weekly.

Booking Notes:
We also ask for a 250€ refundable security deposit when the balance is paid. The balance will need to be paid and 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Check in by 16:00 and departure no later than 10:00.

Changeover Day:
In the high season we would expect the villa to be vacated at 10am with arrival being at 4pm. Speak with the management rental about you arrival and departure times.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in Euro's. We have also installed an electricity meter to stop people from leaving the A/C on all day while out at the beach.

should also mention that we are available for key collection during office hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 16:00). Outside of these hours we adopt a “Meet and Greet” policy where we have a member of staff available at a cost of 40 euros. .
