Apartment in Nerja, Costa Del Sol, Spain - Close to Burriana Beach and 10 Minutes Walk from Nerja Town Centre

Beautiful south west facing and spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a large private terrace commanding spectacular mountain and sea views. Only 300 metres from the award winning Blue Flag Beach in Burriana and a short walk away from the centre of the beautiful Spanish town of Nerja. This apartment is a popular choice for it's convenient yet quiet location. The views from this property over the sea, Nerja town and it's surrounding mountains are lovely. There is a huge well equipped terrace to enjoy the all day sunshine and the marvelous views. A substantial sun awning can be drawn over part of the terrace for some welcome shade. The house is comfortably furnished throughout with quality furnishings complimenting the white marble floors. The accommodation is all on one level. The bedrooms are also comfortable and are fitted with blackout sun-blinds and ceiling fans. The scenic walk to the centre of Nerja takes 10-15 min and 2 min to the beach front bars and restaurants.

About The Owner

As a frequent visitor to my apartment with my Wife and three young sons it is very important to me that the place is clean, comfortable and has every amenity I would want at home as well as being aesthetically pleasing, safe and secure. With young ones it is imperative that the apartment is convenient both for the beach and the town (none of my sons are keen walkers!). I have travelled all over the world both privately and through work and it is crucial the location of any accommodation is suitable to its purpose and for a family holiday I think it is exceptional and so do a lot of my guests. Thank you for looking at my apartment and we look forward to making you welcome here.

Why The Owner chose Axarquia (Costa del Sol)

I love the Spanishness of Nerja and the fact its not over developed. I love the little narrow streets in the town and the plethora of quality restaurants using local fresh produce, cooked to perfection and supported by lovely local wines and beers. Nerja cannot change too much over the years, its location and the lack of development means it will remain true to Spanish roots but open to cosmopolitan tourism and businesses alike.

What makes this apartment unique

We love the beach and to spend the day on Burriana, with lunch in one of the beach front restaurants is my idea of heaven.

Notes on accommodation: Beautifil location and apartment with unusually large South facing terrace. Outside: Terrace has large dining table and chairs, sun awning, sun loungers and chairs. There is a BBQ on the terrace as well as lighting. The pool is well maintained, great views and with an open south facing aspect. Utility Room: Iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen/towels are supplied for number of people staying prior to arrival and refreshed weekly. Other: All rooms have large, whisper quiet ceiling fans. With 'High Speed' Wifi available.

Lovely clean and well equipped apartment, everything that we needed was there, the pool unfortunatley is just across the road and down a few steps but we had sole use of it everytime we went for a swim, would have been lovely to have had a few chairs or sunbeds around the pool but this is not possible as the area is shared. The terrace on the apartment is brilliant and we ate outside every evening as there is a brilliant new supermarket within walking distance and their fillet steak and langostine where so lovely we did not want to eat out. The walk to Burriana beach took only five minutes but there are lots of steps and a steepish hill to climb on the way back, but there is a great selection of bars and restaurants, the beach is sandy and the sea was very clean and we swam most days. The walk up the hill and through to the Balcon and the town centre is a little steep at times but it is a lovely walk and there are plenty of bars to stop for refreshments along the way. A great selection of shops in the town and plenty of places to eat and drink at various prices - lots of lovely tapas bars!! Unfortunately our road and surrounding areas had a 12 hour power cut and we had no candles but a very nice spanish neighbour kindly gave us some candles and we had a lovely evening on the terrace in candlelight. Would definately recommend this apartment to others and will hopefully return again soon.

I do love sitting on the terrace until the sun disappears over the mountains, in fact just writing it down is making me want to go there!! The problem with views and Burriana being in the valley is theres always a walk up hill, even if its a short one ;-(..... Hopefully see you again Sue and thanks again. Mike
