Although we visited Morzine in the middle of May we considered ourselves lucky with the weather as we've enjoyed glorious sunshine every day and it snowed just before we arrived and again on the tops of the hills whilst we were there.
The flat is a great base for an active holiday and although the lifts are closed until late June we managed to explore the hills on foot and there's plenty of cycling to be done; a road bike would have been great too. Lake Montriond is used by swimmers in the summer and it was great with wet suits on.
The well equipped kitchen was easy to use, the space is well designed, cozy and comfortable. There is a washing machine too. There is safe storage for your kit if you need to keep it indoors. Home from home.
We hope to return in the near future.
