double bedroom with its own ensuite. The triple bedroom on the lower ground floor is accessed by stairs lit with LEDs – it has a standard double bed with a single bunk. All the rooms have duvets/pillows, orthopaedic mattresses, throws, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The main living area is open plan – very light and airy with French doors and two windows with amazing views over the Morzine valley.

The brand new kitchen is clean and modern with integrated fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

The dining area has a large pine table and sits up to 6 people in comfort.

The lounge has a large corner sofa, 32” TV, DVD player, UK channels, WiFi, iPod docking station, board games, DVDs and books

The second bathroom is just off the kitchen/dining area

The apartment is private and secluded, has its own parking space and is accessed by its own steps. There is a secure ski locker just outside the door for easy ski storage.

Great base for exploring the mountains

Although we visited Morzine in the middle of May we considered ourselves lucky with the weather as we've enjoyed glorious sunshine every day and it snowed just before we arrived and again on the tops of the hills whilst we were there.

The flat is a great base for an active holiday and although the lifts are closed until late June we managed to explore the hills on foot and there's plenty of cycling to be done; a road bike would have been great too. Lake Montriond is used by swimmers in the summer and it was great with wet suits on.

The well equipped kitchen was easy to use, the space is well designed, cozy and comfortable. There is a washing machine too. There is safe storage for your kit if you need to keep it indoors. Home from home.

We hope to return in the near future.
