Located in Les Arc 2000, the apartment is situated in the La Varet Apartment block on the 5th floor. It benefits from having a ski to door location and is just a 2 minutes walk away from the village centre.
There is a drag lift which takes you directly to the main lifts, just 50m from the front door, offering you an easy way to start your day on the slopes.
The apartment is in excellent condition and is the perfect base for couples, families and groups alike.
We are a family of skiers offering our luxury apartment to families and other passionate skiers. The apartment is privately owned and available for rental all year round.. It has been designed with families and groups of people in mind and acts as a perfect base for you activity based holiday in Les Arcs.

As the apartment is self clean I would recommend taking small amounts of cleaning equipment. It is on the small side, especially the bedrooms, so with 3 sharing each room, you need to get on well. All the cooking equipment is there, the only thing we missed was a coffee pot.
Great views and good access to the slopes, though a little bit challenging on icy mornings.
Good selection of restaurants and as there is no wifi in the apartment would recommend 'The Bowling Alley' as a good place to hunker down early evening and 'log on'.
All things considered, good value for money and everything ran to order.
I stayed here with my wife and 3 young children, unfortunately we had quite a delay due to the amount of traffic trying to get to resort. Therefore our late arrival didn't allow us to see any of the resort that night, however when we awoke we were greeted to the great view of Mont Blanc. We spent the morning getting ourselves booked into lessons etc and then hit the slopes, as learner skiers we were very impressed with the wide open ski slopes. I was equally impressed with the resort and would definitely look to return.
As for the apartment, it had everything as described as we managed as a family of 5, however it may of been too tight a squeeze if the boys had been older. It is a short stroll to the hub of the action and ski lifts. Overall we had a fab holiday..........
We have skied in Les Arcs as a family for the past 10 years, and this is now our go to apartment. The owners are lovely to deal with and accommodating. The apartment is ideally located to Arc 2000 whilst being modern and clean. Being so high the snow is pretty much guaranteed and there is an easy link via gondola to Arc 1950 which is a real plus for evening walks or non skiers. I think the best recommendation I can give is that having travelled around a lot the Alpe's I now bring my family back here year after year.
Visited Les Arc 2000 in June this year. Myself and my partner stayed in the apartment which was absolutely perfect for our needs. We are keen walkers and the area was great. The accommodation was comfortable, very clean and in a great location. We are not skiers but would love to come back and learn to ski in the near future. I would not hesitate to recommend this location for both skiing and hiking.
We had a week here at the start of the new season. The apartment was fantastic and the area was great for skiing so early in the year. We look forward to visiting again soon.

A shower fitted in the bottom of the toilet, which explains the location of an extra room.
Quant à la literie, il faut remplacer le mot matelas par paillasse. Couettes et oreillers tachés.
As for bedding, need to replace the word mattress on the bench. Duvets and pillows stained.
En ce qui concerne la vaisselle, prévoyez un peu de temps pour la laver avant de l’utiliser.
With respect to the dishes, plan some time to wash it before using it.
Le disfonctionnement des chauffages a quant à lui été réglé le temps de mon séjour, il faut donc être disponible pour recevoir les dépanneurs.
The malfunctioning of heaters has been resolved during my stay, therefore, be available to receive the convenience stores.

Chambery, Grenoble, Geneva and Lyon are the nearest airports.
Direct trains from the UK to Bourge St Maurice, then access yto the aprtment via the funicular (from the station to Les Arcs) then free buses to the apartment
It is about an 8 hour drive from Calais or the tunnel. Underground Parking or parking at the front door is available from about 50 Euros for the week, or there are free parking options accessible via the free buses or ski lifts.
